We stayed 3 days. The smoking area was filthy and trash was all over the back parking lot. The breakfast only consisted of eggs and waffles and apples. No milk or cereal for breakfast.

Needs paint drive was terrible. Breakfast was horrible. Not a very good coffee pot
-
Rooms were in really bad condition. Lots of holes in the walls, peeling paint, stains on the ceilings, smell of marijuana in the hallways.
-
Had a pool The smell of pets and seeing pet hair in the room after we checked in. And can smell that there had been pets in the room previously

Staff was great air was good room was big

Bed was a bit stiff ' bathroom door to in the room was to close to the toliet cant sit down without hitting your knee on the door when closing the door. Back of the hotel near sitting bench shows signs of neglect with missing a trash can.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. How any of your reviewers could give over a 1 rating amazed me. All things mentioned in previous reviews have not been addressed. We stayed two nights and 2nd day got back to room and it was not made up. I went to front desk and I had to work at getting the clerk to look up from her cell phone she was obsessed with. I mentioned room was not made up and we need fresh towels and coffee. Her response when when we checked in,the clerk should have told us the do not make up the rooms on multiple nights. She then grudgingly got off the chair and got us fresh towels and coffee . The driveway was ruined at where you enter at, was ran over by a semi and buckled leaving a dual tire sized 3" cavern. The front door was the most disgusting entry to any business we have ever seen. The room had doors with paint peeling, hole in wall where the bathroom door knob whent clear through the sheet rock. The worst was the floor with large cracks and breaks creating a bad trip hazard. All these complaints have been in prior posted and obviously ignored by owner and corporate. RRI has lost the chance to ever see us use their hotels in the future. I highly recommend you never check into this dump.

It needs some work from the parking lot to the front door and beyond.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, rooms were a good size & pool was clean.
-
Terrible pot smell, toilet wouldn’t flush, tv didn’t work, and our floor was wet from AC leak. The hot tub was out of order and the pool was pitiful with a broken net to clean it with. Disgusting. We left and are trying to get our money back.

A little rundown, but fairly well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Nothing Everything, worst experience ever
-
We celebrated our ten year anniverary in the room with the jacuzzi. Just what we needed. Thank you. The staff was very kind.
-
The beds were very comfortable The pool was not open should not be able to advertise that there's a pool if it's not open and working,
-
It was okay Old worn out

The property isn't well maintained but the room was clean. Breakfast was ok- not great but not bad. Overall, it was what about as I expected considering the price.

Reasonable rates and friendly staff

The staff was nice and helpful. They easily gave me a 1:00PM extended check out. My room; 318, had a few issues of concern. 1) A huge hole in the window screen, so no night time fresh air for me. 2) Hair dryer was faulty at the plug. I would suggest this as dangerous. 3) Bath tub had no anti-slip material and it was a constant fight to stay safe as I showered. 4) The dresser was un-level or something as the top drawer would creep open. This could be a problem during a dim trip to the bathroom at night. 5) There is a huge rut in the parking lot. Be careful not to hit it. Overall, the property was very dated and needed modernizing. Paint was needed through-out. It's rated a 2 star and that's what it is. Would I stay there again? Possibly. At their credit, they did tell me it was just bought and under new ownership so they were slowly updating it and had much work to do. There was a open and working enclosed swimming pool that I did not explore but my wife and her cousin swam and I heard no complaints from them.

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean, very worn room. Good price for what you get. Breakfast included hot items like sausage, biscuits, and gravy.

Another issue I was concerned about was the breakfast, which was not organized very well. The breakfast options were limited; for example, they should serve eggs every day for breakfast.
