The bed was comfortable and the customer service was good. Staff tried to make our stay pleasant but there was only so much they could do. The property in general needs upgraded/maintained better. The internet was inoperable almost the entire stay. Staff had contractors trying to fix it to no avail. Cleanliness was borderline adequate. Room walls and doors needed painting, lobby needed painting, the upholstery on sofas in the lobby area were peeling and just looked very messy and unprofessional.

It was nice. I had read some online reviews that mentioned horrible things so I was apprehensive. But the only thing they were right about was the hot tub not working. Our room was clean, comfy, and more than adequate. The water pressure was a little on the soft side for me, and there were only three pillows on the bed, but I bring my own with me when I travel so it was not a big deal. The indoor pool is nice, and relatively heated but not overwhelmingly hot. There's a basketball hoop in the shallow end for the kids. The breakfast was from 6-9am and there were waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, milk, juice, coffee, oatmeal, various fruit and breads/bagels. I had a waffle, it was fine and my dad had biscuits and gravy. He said they were good. The coffee was fresh and hot, too. The parking lot is not a good first impression. There's a huge divot in the concrete, and there are these massive speed bumps on the hill going down to the hotel. Going up the hill is when it's really bad because you have to go fast enough to get up the hill and get over the speed bumps. It's very rough at 9am. Or 4pm... Or any time you leave the hotel. The employees here were very nice and super friendly. They ran my credit card, as a security deposit, but didn't charge it. Which is nice, because it seems to somehow take forever for those refunds. Everything was in order when we arrived and they let us check in at 130pm. I would definitely stay here again! I wish the hot tub was working. The parking lot needs some attention. Also I wished the Wi-Fi was a bit better but we were on the third floor, so perhaps that's why it was a tad slow.

There is no carpeting in the rooms which was fine since we stayed there with our dogs. The bed was really tall off the ground and with only one chair in the room there was no place to sit with our dogs. With dachshunds it didn't really work. The road it was on wasn't too busy so we were able walk our dogs across the road at the airport. The was a nice grassy area at the front of the hotel as well. The handle on the toilet had to be held down to get it to flush properly. It was not a bad place but it would be unlikely we would return.

Overall it was manageable for a one night stay in the area but I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

Like how close it was to things The hotel is run down. The people who live on the third floor are very loud. Also the driveway is in desperate need of repair. If you want your room cleaned you have to ask. They said they kept calling our room but we would not return to our room until about 8:30 pm since we were visiting family.

Awesome night and awesome stay

Location was OK The rooms were AWFUL. We switched rooms 3 times because 1 had mildew, 1 had an insane loud air conditioner that sounded like a plan and had stains on the sheets, we finally settled on the 3rd room even though someone was smoking next door and we could smell it, there was an inch thick of dust on things and it also had stains on the sheets. Then when we brought up issues with management they didn’t care.

We used all of the towels to clean up the water, so I went to the front desk to ask for more. The man behind the counter had to zip and button his pants before getting up from his desk to retrieve me the towels. The next morning I woke to take a shower and discovered that the water did not turn on in the shower and the knob/handle was actually completely broken off. I went to the front desk and a different man told me there was nothing he could do. Not even refund any of my money. He pointed to a sign with a number for “owner”. I left owener voicemails explaining the situation. I’ve not received a call back.

The room was clean but that was it. The bathroom door didn't latch. The toilet didn't flush because the chain was broken. The person at the front desk said maintenance would get it fixed. Maintenance never showed up. The pictures online make this place look decent but it's falling apart.

We only needed a place to cool down, clean up and rest after a wonderful concert experience at Ozarks Amphitheater…this facility fit those needs. Obviously it appears to be a work in progress for the better but for our needs…it was perfect!

Very friendly people Our room had a moldy smell

Don't book the 2 queen beds with a sleeper sofa room because it doesn't exist. There were stains on the sheets, and the floors seemed like they had water damage. Not sure when the stairwell was last cleaned. Maybe they don't have a vacuum. The drink vending machine was out of order and by the looks of it, for a long time. They tried to charge me more when I checked in. After refusing to pay a different rate, I was asked, "Do you not have money?"

Ok place to stay. Quiet. It’s out dated and needs some tlc. Low water pressure. Overall felt safe at the location.

Breakfast ended too soon at 9:00 am. It would have been better if it ended at 10:00 am for us late risers.

The room was clean and had up to date amenities. When we contacted management for towels and other items, they responded immediately. The pool and dining room were clean and well maintained. Breakfast menu was great. Breakfast ended too soon at 9:00 am. It would have been better if it ended at 10:00 am for us late risers.
