The stafff was friendly and room was very clean. The casino was fun.

1st-I have asthma, and smoking bothers me. When I came in the main lobby, I could smell cigarette smoke. Our room was on the 2nd floor, so luckily I couldn't smell it up there. Later we took a walk on the main floor and the closer we got to the Casino end the stronger the cigarette smoke was. We had to turn around because it really affected my lungs, I needed to take my 2 inhalers and get up to our room. 2nd- we were there 2 nights for a balloon festival nearby. The 1st evening I called down to ask for a morning wake-up call, it rang and rang, no answer. So I called later, again it rang and rang, no answer. I don't understand why.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was easy access to the Casino and restaurant.

Room could use some updates. Our first time in a patio room there. So nice. No mosquitoes which was a huge deal for me. Overall great night away.

We enjoy coming to this hotel and being able to go to the casino. We only wish there were coffee makers in the room. Also it has a nice pool and hot tub.
