Dark and dingy sums it up. Everything we saw was filthy. The Expedia reviews made us believe that we would be staying in heaven…it was far from it. Expedia rated: 8.6, Excellent We found another hotel in Osceola for the evening. I want a full refund for the Super 8 that we refused. The front desk person at the Super 8 acknowledged the cancellation of the room. I have not seen any money coming back yet.

We are worried we camr in contact with bed bugs. This is the only "away from home" location we stayed.
-
Clean room, safe neighborhood, easy access to the highway. Breakfast was basic, but it has enough options to choose from.
-
The price and coffee in the lobby The coffee maker was missing a part so we couldn’t use it.
-
Nice room, but no proteins for breakfast, only carbs like bread, muffins or waffles.
-
Found multiple spiders in our room crawling in the bed. My six year old found drugs ( pills) left by the person in the room before us. Veds had lots of crumbs and were grimy

We were just looking for a clean room and a comfortable bed. We got that. The A/C was a little wonkey but if you ignored the temperature it thought the room was at and adjusted accordingly, it worked fine. All in all we got a great value and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if the opportunity arose.

The bed was comfortable and the room was dark, which is rare in these hotels that normally have extreme parking lot lights and cheap curtains. The AC worked well and we were able to achieve a comfortable temperature. The TV worked well with plenty of viewing options. The towels and wash cloths were clean and fresh and the water was hot! The room did have a bit of a smell that we were not fond of but were able to live with. The commode in our room was wobbly and un-stable. The staff was accommodating but not at all friendly! We did not eat the breakfast, but I did have a cup of coffee, and it was terrible! We only paid $99.01 for our king size room and were satisfied since we put most of our emphasis on the sleep.

Bad

Nothing Everything. It had a stench and they tried covering it with nasty spray. It gave me a headache. Shower didn’t work. Dirt in the bathroom, possibly mold. Very loud, couldn’t relax.
-
The smell of the lobby and hallways were gagging. Smelled worse than sewage

Good place to stay

I would not stay at this hotel again The customer service was horrible, My room was not well cleaned, vending machine didn't work. It was loud and not worth the amount I paid.
-
Very clean, friendly service, good breakfast. The only minor issue was that the freezer portion of the in-room refrigerator didn't work, although the overall refrigerator functioned OK. Overall a very good value.
-
Property smelled of smoke, but the rooms did not and were clean considering the price you are paying. Overall a nice to place to stay if you are just looking for a cheap nights sleep.

I try to be not too critical of Super 8s, because you get what you pay for. However, the property is tucked in behind a Quality Inn and is cumbersome to access, with views of the Quality Inn just a few feet away. Okay. There is no elevator, and therefore, no luggage carts. The luggage rack in my room was broken. The desk chair back was failing, and the decor throughout was depressing. Clean, yes — that’s good, but dingy, also yes. Breakfast was continental — lots of carbs, no protein, except hard boiled eggs.
