Our stay was good. Beds were comfortable, rooms were cleaned, breakfast was descent. The only issue I had was when I went to use the fitness center, the card reader on the door was not working. The guy at the front desk tried to use his card as well and could not get in so it was gonna be a 45 minute wait till I could use the room.

This place was so rundown I cannot believe I paid the rate I paid for it on a Monday evening. I paid less for my nice hotel in Vegas over the weekend. Everything was falling apart and just felt yucky. The bed was clean and comfortable, but literally everything else was in disrepair. The luggage cart, the ac, the bathroom. There was a plunger just sitting next the to toilet. There’s a “rec room” but even the pool tables cost money and felt like a money grab rather than an amenity. There was nowhere to even fill a water bottle, other than the juice machine that ran at a trickle. Booked based on Expedia rating of excellent reviews and 3 star hotel. Felt like a super 8 that should have cost no more than $65. Very disappointed. Will likely only book based on brand rather than relying on Expedia reviews.

A friend had to wait for 1 3/4 hours to check in at midnight and had a confirmation number, which was useless.

Good location Beds were comfortable and clean. The TV situation was horrible. Just wanted to watch just old regular TV it was basically nonexistent. The TV guide that is in the room is useless. The remote why even have one another piece of junk. Long day and just want to relax and watch some normal tv and can't do that. Terrible. The kitchen was average at best. No individual packets of jelly. Full jars really seriously you know have germs can be passed by using that method. Wow. Front desk people were nice.

Property was close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The rooms and hallways had a really funky smell. The pool room was like a sauna and the water was really unappealing.

Room key kept resetting, had to visit front desk 4 times to reset the key card to get access. Headache when told it should work and it didn’t. Overall, service and staff was friendly.

The room was great. Breakfast was great. Staff helpful. The pool was where they failed. The pool was HOT. Very hot. The ro The pool was in was like a sauna. The water was not comfortable at all.

It’s a little run down but honestly I always have a good experience with them so I always come back. The location is convenient for us as well.
