Stayed here with a 2 and 5 year old. The window in our room was shattered with sharp edges of glass all over it upon arrival. Asked to be moved to a new room and staff said they already knew about the window and didn’t want to move me to a new room but after some arguing eventually got a new room

Bathroom and shower were not cleaned properly. There was someone else’s hair stuck to the shower walls that was not mine or my mother’s. Very disappointing since we paid over $100 for the one night.

Well, not sure yet but I contacted the hotel about a notebook I forgot where I recorded my blood pressure. I called and they had it, and I requested they mail it to me. They have my CC information, so it wouldn't cost you anything. No follow up call

Love the heated pool room and pools.

The sink backed up every time it was used. The host at the front desk was very hard to understand and not overly friendly. Breakfast is your typical starchy options.

The 2 queen suite was spacious. Beds were comfortable, and it was nice having the little kitchen. Everything was fine.

Expedia helped us to book this room, when our "reservation" in Wautoma was inexplicably cancelled. Shawn from Expedia was extremely helpful to us, as we were in a tough situation. Many hotels were booked due to the EAA gathering in Oshkosh, WI. This room was booked for us at the original rate we had booked in Wautoma. We are thankful for Shawn's assistance!

The very definition of budget hotel on a non budget price. The staff is quite unfriendly, the room smelled of cigarette smoke and the air conditioner was so loud you could hardly sleep.

Had to move rooms. AC in first room didn’t work. Went to desk everyday because key stopped working.

My review of each category is a result of poor management decisions. Almost 8 weeks ago I booked 2 rooms and inadvertently selected the wrong checkout. I called the property within an hour. They refused cancel my reservation and they could not accommodate my additional day request. Poor poor poor.
