Beds were both terribly uncomfortable and lumpy. The breakfast was not worth eating. The biscuits were cold, sausage gravy was lukewarm.

Waited at the front desk far too long even after pushing the call bell twice. Staff member came to desk like he just woke up or was on something. He made no sense and it was the weirdest interaction I have had. The smoke detector started going off at 3:15am; called the front desk and they told us to just take the battery out. Got woke up again before 8am with the housekeeper tapping on the door with the key card and then tried to enter. Travel frequently and don’t expect a lot but definitely won’t be going back there!

When you walk into the lobby it was very clean, welcoming, and smelled really good. All of the staff from the front desk attendant, to the housekeepers, and all other staff in between, were all so friendly and genuinely happy to assist in any way they could. We loved the space the room offered, the smaller swimming area for our youngest child to safely play, and the larger pool for our older children to enjoy. We would stay here again.

The hotel itself was nice in regards of the amenities it offers. The bed, was horribly hard and lumpy. Not comfortable at all! The breakfast was adequate though! They could offer more variety in the morning! Otherwise my stay was at best okay!

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and a good selection of food. The hallways smelled like someone was cooking Indian food.

Good location and place to stay for one night. I'm usually a pretty easy going traveler but for the price this place was kind of disappointing. 1) the front desk re-used the paper key holder - it was worn out and dirty. First sign the place doesn't feel clean if they need to reuse a piece of paper to hold keys. 2) the AC only let you go to 60 and it was NOT 60 - probably more like 70 in the room. And the unit was so loud. 3) there were hairs in my bed (not mine)

Exceptional

My family of four were very impressed with this hotel. The rooms are extremely spacious with a pull-out couch. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. The pool area was very nice for little kids. No hot tub, but they did have a separate kid pool with plenty to do. Breakfast included. Would recommend
