Second time staying here, and will choose Tru Hilton again next visit. PROS: free breakfast, indoor pool access, noon check-out time is a major plus, clean rooms and helpful staff. CONS: The bed pillows hurt my neck.

Clean hotel and simple, contemporary/modern design. It included breakfast in the a.m. and bottled water. I was only disappointed that for blocking several rooms for our wedding, they didn't upgrade us to a suite or make any additional effort to make their hotel/services stand out during our stay..on our wedding night.

We were here for maybe 12 hours. Room clean and comfy, good breakfast, great location by the hwy, friendly staff. Would absolutely stay here again if I return to the area.

Could hear steps of guests in room above which is unusual in a hotel. Room was sparse. No closet or drawers. Did not use breakfast buffet except for fruit. A bunch of very green bananas.

Staff was super friendly and there was plenty of parking at the hotel. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance - casual and upscale. The place was quiet although the freeway was just down the road. Nice area as well.

The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. They did not have the waffle maker. They had the pancake maker and it needed cleaned up. They also had this yogurt machine. It gave you plain yogurt and you could mix in different things in it. However, someone left their cup of yogurt under the machine and it just didn't look appetizing. They had scrambled eggs and ham but I didn't want either.

Worst Hotel you could possibly stay at in Oshkosh. We booked a room for an employee. We forgot to change to name to him. Hotel contacted us to rebook to change the name. They charged us for 2 separate rooms, and refuse to refund the 2nd room. Worthless pieces of trash.

Everything was great. The only thing I would change is the time of the breakfast in the morning. It only ran until 9am. You should at least have it until 10am.

Clean rooms, Staff was EXCELLENT helping with questions, places to go, storing luggage morning of checkout til flight time. Breakfast was decent. A/C was awesome!

The room and Customer service was wonderful. They had to change my room because the heat didn't work and it was cold that night.
