No hot water, the breakfast i believe is only Monday thru Friday cause Saturday and Sunday they didn’t provide any. Over all just a really bad experience and wouldn’t come back here at all. The rooms were not as clean as they should be and just uncomfortable stay.

Pulling up to the property you'll notice weeds as tall as the first floor windows. After checking in, the stairs (no elevator) they were filthy and stained. At the room, it gets better. The room appeared to be clean and cool. The beds should be updated, but OK for a couple of days. TV was fine and the bathroom was clean. The water pressure was very good for a shower, but the caulking looked like a child did it. This hotel would be OK for a night while passing through town for $75-$90. For the price they charged for the Oshkosh air show, a weed Wacker and a carpet clean is not too much to expect. BTW, free breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, but outdated. Even thought the A/C was running well, the room felt humid. Staff were friendly and nice.

This hotel does not have an elevator and they did not have first floor rooms available. We had to cancel the resevation and go to another hotel. The lobby was outdated and it smelled musty. There was a pile high of dirty towels right next to the reception area. The only thing we were greatful for was we were not charged for declining to stay at this hotel.

The staff were all so kind and helpful. Rooms were clean, well stocked and very comfortable beds.

The Mgr. was completely "Welcoming" with hospitality. My room was clean and updated. The bathroom was "OK" - but it needed a little updating. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The place was well maintained. However, I advised the person in the reception that my mother will have difficulty going up and down the stairs and I was given the deaf ear. We managed being stuck in the 2nd floor with no elevator but just ignoring what was stated was poor customer service in my part. She didn’t want to have her breakfast because of this situation.

The room was great, the breakfast was excellent. Hall carpets need cleaning. My biggest complaint was the planting beds outside. Nothing but weeds. Bad 1st impression.

Comfortable as always. No issues and breakfast was delicious as well. The Two Brothers Restaurant being right next door is a convenient bonus to the overall experience.

Nice hotel..location is good. It is right off a big park, all and all a very nice stay.
