Bed was very comfortable the room was very clean

The place needs a lot of exterior love. by simply pulling and cutting the weeds that are around the exterior of the building would give it a lot better look. Exterior garbage cans were overflowing and looked to have been for a long time.

NOTHING The desk guy overbooked and gave all the down stairs rooms out knowing I had two kids in wheelchairs. I booked the room a week before traveling because I needed a room for the wheelchairs.

The bed was comfortable. The hallways smelled old. The room was ok but the price was kind of high.

Staff were all very personable and helpful. Check in and out was quick and easy. Breakfast was delicious. Bed was super comfy.

I was lead to believe it waa an ADA complient room. It was not. It waa a low seated toilet, no grab bars to assist my getting up, it was not only a step-in the tub for a shower, but the tub was on a raised platform making it an additional 8 inches to step over to get in the tub. The basin was in a separate alcove from the tub & toilet. It was impossible to get my walker into the room with the tub & toilet. The best thing about the stay was the bed. Excellent mattress, firm but cozy too.

Unfriendly, uninviting, unwilling to take accountability for poor attitudes, unaware of safety hazards and when alerted of the issue the staff remained unconcerned and took no action to correct the issue.

The outside of the hotel was run down. If we had just drove up with no reservations, I probably would have not stayed. The Interior was in a lot better shape. The outside was deplorable and looked sad and perhaps dangerous.

This hotel needs a complete gutting and remodel inside and out. Im so upset that I picked this hotel based of the reviews when none of the reviews mentioned the conditions of the inside and outside of the building, I count on reviews to make good choices. This was not a good choice. The smell in our room was soooo bad, musty, mildew the carpet felt damp, the door was warped and hard to close. This place should probably be condemned, Im sure its full of mold. The outside is not kept up at all, weeds every where, looks terrible. The only good thing about this place is the staff.

The hotel was neat and clean. It was close to the people I was visiting in Oshkosh. It was easy to drive to the hotel, and it was easy to drive from the hotel to other places in Oshkosh. There was plenty of parking space at the hotel. The staff members were nice. I enjoyed the breakfast. The woman who was running the breakfast operation was nice.

We took photos documenting the condition because it was so far from what the listing promised. It was unsafe, unsanitary, and completely misrepresented. We refused to stay and ended up booking a room somewhere else instead — Do not stay here. The health risks and the false advertising make this a place to avoid entirely.

The room was clean. Outside the hotel looked very neglected. Weeds were overgrown & there appeared to be some broken pieces of the structure. Not inviting at all.
