Very friendly and helpful, warm hospitality

Just need more grounds upkeep. Everything else was great!

The staff were all so kind and helpful. Rooms were clean, well stocked and very comfortable beds.

The Mgr. was completely "Welcoming" with hospitality. My room was clean and updated. The bathroom was "OK" - but it needed a little updating. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The place was well maintained. However, I advised the person in the reception that my mother will have difficulty going up and down the stairs and I was given the deaf ear. We managed being stuck in the 2nd floor with no elevator but just ignoring what was stated was poor customer service in my part. She didn’t want to have her breakfast because of this situation.

The room was great, the breakfast was excellent. Hall carpets need cleaning. My biggest complaint was the planting beds outside. Nothing but weeds. Bad 1st impression.

Comfortable as always. No issues and breakfast was delicious as well. The Two Brothers Restaurant being right next door is a convenient bonus to the overall experience.

Nice hotel..location is good. It is right off a big park, all and all a very nice stay.

The air conditioning had wall mounted unit to control the window unit, it didn’t work. There was a $75 refundable charge in case of any damage in the room, if I had informed the desk about the broken, i could have been charged for the previously broken unit. The window also had no screen, so my only source for fresh air didn’t keep the bugs out. Breakfast was good with very attentive servers.

Breakfast was good, staff were grumpy. Room was clean, but bathroom was a poor renovation that needs it again, no vent fan and mold was visible. Shower head was low, even for my 5'3" height due to a bathtub being put over another bathtub. Outside of building is gold vinyl siding that looks grey due to the freeway exhaust on the outside. Filthy. lighting even when turned all on and all the way up in the room was very dim. Room was quiet. tub didn't want to drain very well during shower, toilet slow in flush. bathroom flooring planking had seams too big, mold growing in between them. parking lot spots striping so worn out couldn't tell where parking spots were. Was not worth the money, I will not return.

On arrival the outside grounds could have been better kept. I was greeted by a young man who I later found out was the general manager Andre. My face/eyes were swollen due to allergies. I asked Andre if any pets have been in the room assigned to me and he assured me that no pets have been in that room and even took me to the room to be sure. The room was clean, and smelled fine, and I didn’t sneeze upon entry, so I was happy.

Overall my stay was good but the bed was not very comfortable. The outshot the property was not well maintained, there were weeds everywhere.

The convenience. How our rooms smelled like animal pee, and our room would not get cool and our AC kept shutting down.

Clean room and common area, coffe and hot water available in the lobby, wifi and internet stations with the printer.
