Clean room

I have never met a friendlier, happier hotel staff, so that really set the tone for a pleasant stay. Our room was clean and even SMELLED clean. No whiff of old carpet or stale smoke. To accommodate our dog, staff placed us at the end of a hallway so we didn’t have to make a long trek for potty trips. My daughter enjoyed the pool, and while the hot tub was out of order, hot tub maintenance seems to be a struggle regardless of where you go. Breakfast was PHENOMENAL. Eggs, sausage patties/links, potatoes, waffles, little breakfast burritos, and then all the usual continental breakfast options. We plan to return to Ottawa, and we’d definitely visit this hotel again.

The room smelled bad, rotten milk and animals. There were cobwebs and spiders. Wasn't able to switch hotels, too late. Really nice staff, but that's not enough to go back.

Paul was broken down in the bed was really hard

Hot tub and pool was out of order we were not notified ahead of time

We were disgusted. If we weren't so tired we would of went somewhere else. I was looking forward to the hot tub. Well that wasn't available. In the lobby there was lemon water so when I first walked in I thought, well this is pretty good. although the water was all over the table it was on, and still there the next morning. We went to the room, first thing, black mold on the curtains. Yes, I have a picture. I tucked it behind the outer curtain since my mom has COPD and asked her if she wanted to move but again, we just wanted to relax. That wasn't even the worst. Made tea in the morning, ran the water through the coffee maker, it was gross tasting. To make sure it wasn't the water I did it again with my bottled water and it literally tasted like mold, so the machine was also full of mold or something.

No desk clerk when we tried to check in because they were gone to get Taco Bell. Pool and hot tub were closed.

Great location. Breakfast was good. It was very quiet. The bathrooms are really small and the shower pressure wasn’t great. There was a little garbage on the floor when we checked in. I found several bugs on the bed throughout the weekend.

The pool and hot tub looked like it hadn’t been clean in months. Dead bugs everywhere. Our refrigerator didn’t work. Definitely not worth the money.

The gentleman that checked me in was very helpful throughout my stay.

Nothing Black mold, fire alarms, pool cloudy and cold, hot tub jets didn’t work, pool area filthy and lots of bugs, room door had big crack in door jams, hair all over the bathroom,
