Comfort Inn Owasso - Tulsa

The smell in the lobby and hall ways was not pleasant. Extremely strong.

The Location and the Friendly You g Lady who checked us in. She was Amazing The heat was not working in the Hotel except for the room. And the Breakfast was not good except for the Waffle that you can make yourself. All the juices were out except the Cranberry

The management was very rude and called me a lair

Absolutely wonderful stay. It was quiet, the staff were super friendly and the breakfast was so good. Rooms were easily 4 star quality. Staff gets 5 stars. The pool tho is absolutely freezing. Lol. Still, a great place to stay. And one of the lower priced ones.

Staff was rude from the beginning and the room was dirty. Ended up staying the night at another hotel

Comfortable beds and great shower! Our air conditioner didn’t work well!

My two employees stayed here in two seperate rooms, the towels did not look clean, neither room had a TV working, and rooms did not seem clean. They dealt with it because one was staying overnight, but the other stayed multiple days. We normally use Hilton,but wanted something close to their work, Very disappointing.

Towels were discolored and not sure if room was cleaned, TV in both rooms that were booked did not work.

I was really disappointed with this stay. The vent in the bathroom was held to the ceiling with duct table. It appears they attempted to seal a crack in the top and caulking was blatantly visible. The tv turned on and volume up and down, but we couldn't change the channels. Got a new remote, new batteries for the old remote, still didn't work. And to top it off the WHITE towels were dirty... WHITE TOWELS DIRTY!! I did NOT want to take a shower!! Now that I think about it, I should have went to the nearest WalMart and bought my own towels!! The staff was kind and friendly and the breakfast was ok. We made it work for a last minute reservation, but the first impression is my only impression. Unfortunately, I won't be staying again.

Convenient location Dirty, not well maintained and had a bad odor throughout.

The smell of the room was awful, hair everywhere, toilet seat had urine on it, tub was clogged (with hair) but the front desk clerk came up quickly and plunged it.

We picked this place after reading reviews testifying to the cleanliness of this property… obviously they got family and friends logging in to write those, and they’re outright lies!!! Extremely disappointing experience, starting with sitting around for 45 minutes, waiting for a counter person to show up to check us in to our room. Amenities are pretty much non existent, the snack machine was empty the entire time, the place smells horrible, and although none of what I could see seemed building department major, it is in desperate need of repairs. The hallway window next to room 301 has two towels placed on the window sill, apparently to keep water out, and they look like they’ve been there for months, looking very crispy, with yellowing around the edges. I have pics, but I don’t see how I can load them here. Bottom line….. pick anywhere else!!!

Clean rooms

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable It's very rundown, dirty, smelly in the hallways and elevator, carpet coming off the stairs, creating a hazard. Rundown pool area, no hot tub no exercise facility. Just very dumpy in general.

We have stayed here several times and the property and the rooms are always clean and well kept. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is always great and the hotel is conveniently located just off the highway and close to restaurants and the convenient store!

Check in was fast and easy. Rooms clean. Just stayed overnight due to our home being painted so didn't have time to try the pool or free breakfast.

I like the breakfast menu.
