When I checked in there were fast food leftovers in the fridge. My comforter was torn on the underside. Those were my only concerns.

When we finally got to our hotel after a long day of heat exhaustion and walked in our room and NO AIR! Well no COOL air. We were not offered a different room and was given no compensation at all.

The staff were wonderful and the room was great ... comfy beds and pillows Couldn't stay longer

Older Hampton in Oxford on West side. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was clean and staff were great. Arrived when the systems were down but the staff worked to get me in my room and were very polite and accommodating during a stressful time Only complaint I have was that the trash cans were too small and room service didn’t come often enough to empty them out and replace them when I was there for 2 nights

Only suggestion to staff. Coffee is cold later in the day it would be nice to have a fresh batch made mid day.

Check in was easy. Staff were friendly. Breakfast options were the same both mornings. A variety in the breakfast meat selection would have been nice. We were also not able to get extra towels on the second night. She was only giving 2 for a 4 room occupancy.

The location is great. Never Noisy. It was a great stay. I love their pool. The tissue needs to be upgraded. The TV needs to be updated.
