Hotel was the perfect distance between the University and the center of town. Hotel was quiet for dad and the boys enjoyed the pool.

Nice room and comfortable bed and bathroom. Amenities in the bathroom were good. The phone did not work in the room. I had to go to front desk. The manager told me to check the attachment of the phone to the wall. I did and it was hooked up. They never came to check it. When I gave them my cards at checkout, I told them to take the time to check the phone in the room I stayed in. I didn't expect to have to pay for coffee and breakfast. My assumption was that it would be complimentary, considering the price of the room, and that other hotel chains provided from breakfast and coffee.

Only problem I experienced was that both USB wall outlets weren’t working in our room. Overwhelming a very good experience.

Wonderful stay. Staff was helpful and very kind. Needed ice one morning and lady at desk went to bistro kitchen to get it so I wouldn't have to walk down the hall to get it.

It is what it is. Can’t give something like that 5 stars. Having said that, the location is perfect. Free parking so no driving! 10 min walk to The Grove. Same to Square

Really wish there was free breakfast and coffee rather than just Starbucks.

The onsite Starbucks is always out of something or having technical issues of some sort. Not sure why this is always an issue here, corporate Starbucks should really step in and evaluate the site for standard operating procedures. The computer system was down when we arrived which caused an extra hour delay in checking in so we were unable to make our dinner reservations the first night so we eat upstairs at the restaurant within the hotel and it was terrible. The salad was rotten, and the food was mediocre at best. We have numerous other dates planned to stay here in the future. I’m hoping that some of these things are resolved before we return.

It was centrally located and the room was clean and comfortable. For as much as we paid for the room, would it kill them to offer a complementary breakfast?

The room did not reflect the outside or lobby area. They were amazing, however the room was not. The shower curtain had mold on it, and the room had a musty (not clean) smell.

This was amazing value for such a nice, clean and modern hotel. A 10 minute walk to the main square, but worth it value wise.
