Really wish there was free breakfast and coffee rather than just Starbucks.

The computer system was down when we arrived which caused an extra hour delay in checking in so we were unable to make our dinner reservations the first night so we eat upstairs at the restaurant within the hotel and it was terrible. The salad was rotten, and the food was mediocre at best. We have numerous other dates planned to stay here in the future. I’m hoping that some of these things are resolved before we return.

It was centrally located and the room was clean and comfortable. For as much as we paid for the room, would it kill them to offer a complementary breakfast?

The room did not reflect the outside or lobby area. They were amazing, however the room was not. The shower curtain had mold on it, and the room had a musty (not clean) smell.

This was amazing value for such a nice, clean and modern hotel. A 10 minute walk to the main square, but worth it value wise.

Room was very nice, we asked for a room on the quiet side and were accommodated Rooftop bar had no shade, which was disappointing. Sun terrace was on the roof, pool was on the ground floor! Pool was tiny and not in my opinion worth getting wet for but would be ok for small children. No loungers on the roof terrace. We stayed for two nights we went out on our second day returning to find the room had not been serviced. I spoke to a supervisor who apologised, brought fresh towels and said that the room would be cleaned and coffee machine etc refreshed while we were out that evening. When we returned at 10 pm it had not been cleaned/refreshed. Very dissatisfied.

Such a pretty hotel right in the middle of Oxford! We had grandbabies with us and they loved swimming in the indoor pool - would love a chance to stay again

We enjoyed the location and convenience to the square. Hotel was nice, but beds were terribly uncomfortable and shower makes a huge mess with only having have a half wall/door separated from bathroom.

Room was clean although facility is to close to the road and could hear traffic all night.

We had to go get new towels because they don’t replenish towels or clean the rooms during stays now.
