Manager did not give me the courtesy of a reply to my formal letter request changing check out date. Instead I was left with a 2 night charge for a 1 night stay. Thanks

2nd time staying. Fine as usual.

The hotel was pristine. The staff were always friendly and ready to help. Our room was on the first floor and oversized. We could have lived in it for a month if needed. Definitely something to consider for dorm move in. Really close to the University. It has a brunch place within walking distance although breakfast is served every day. We will definitely stay here again during our next 4 years.

The elevator was out so we had to walk four flights. Things break, that’s understandable. The management could have offered at least some type of extra amenity for the inconvenience. The check-in staff, Micheal, was good. An additional staff member, Sheryl, was keeping the breakfast area spotless. And she had a joyful spirit that was very refreshing. The breakfast had a diverse offering. Hit the spot. The room was very clean and extremely well laid out. Super comfortable.
