The rooms need updated. Writing on walls and mold in shower.

Room was big. Bathroom needed attention. There was hair on the toilet and the shower needed attention good deep cleaning. Room wasn’t very fresh smelling but all in all it was an ok stay.

The property was clean and located just a few miles away from restaurants and Ole Miss However, the property had an extremely STRONG fragrance throughout which aggravated my asthma and gave my husband and daughter headaches. Also both TV’s in our room didn’t work and the king bed wasn’t comfortable. If you are sensitive to smell be aware!!! The staff was nice and breakfast was fine but personally I won’t stay there if I’m in the area again.

Absolute worst breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. Coffee was weak, thin brown water. I had to go to donut shop around the corner to find edible food. Did online checkout for 11 and had 2 separate housekeepers come into our room before 10 am. Overall room average.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The parking was convenient, and the location was perfect for our trip. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The room was clean. The lobby is excellent. I enjoyed a game of pool with my son, some refreshing cold water, and dog treats for my pup.

AC stopped working in the hotel on the first day of our three day stay. Miserably hot and sweating during sleep. Everything else was fine, good breakfast, nice staff.. fairly clean rooms but, an ac unit not working in 100+ weather is horric.

The property is under renovation which is promising but there are things that we believe could be done or could have been done first to make the place feel more inviting. For example, trimming trees and bushes around the outside of the building, better care with the landscaping, i.e, cut grass. Clean yp the parking lot, sweep the lots, repaint the parking spaces. Additionally, it appeared that my wife and I were the only ones that cared to clean up after our animals because I stepped in feces on three separate occasions and eventually had to purchase new sneakers and throw my old ones away when we checked out of the hotel. The entire place smelled of marijuana and it was overwhelming. My wife had to take one of the dogs out to go to the bathroom at 2:00 am and when she opens the door to leave the building, she was startled by a homeless person sleeping outside the doors which really made her scared. Furthermore, this hotel charges a $100 fee that is added to your bill and we were told would be returned to our card within 7-14 days. This is ridiculous. If you charge me right away, return my money when I check out.

I love this hotel! We have stayed here for both our trips to Ole Miss. Staff were awesome, breakfast was awesome! I cannot say enough positive things!
