Hampton Inn Oxford/Conference Center

Only suggestion would be to have the coffee and supplies up higher so we dont have to kneel on the floor to use it! Would recommend Hampton !!! Also loved the tea and coffee in the lobby at all times !

Clean establishment and the staff was amazing

Everything was good

Staff was helpful but our door kept locking us out on the 4th floor. Had our 2 young grandsons with us and so we had to keep going back to the desk to get help. Maybe don’t put people in that room until the lock is changed-??? Front desk clerk said the problem existed during a snow storm and since the temps were in the 80s during our stay I’d say it’s been going on a while.

The lady working in the bar/restaurant was amazing and accommodating for a large group of baseball boys and families!

The woman at the front desk who checked us in was the kindest and most accommodating person I ever encountered at a hotel front desk. She was over the beyond what I expected. She was so helpful to me and made my stay welcoming and memorable. She deserves a bonus or raise for representing the hotel with grace ❤️

Location Expensive for a weekend with not much going on in town.

I will start by saying the location is great. Very convenient. The lobby and room were clean, except for our shower. There was a dirty washcloth in the shower. Gross. We booked a king room and got a 2 queen bed room. I called the front desk to ask and she said they were overbooked and that was all they had. We were bummed about that. The pool was closed so didn’t get a chance to use although it was chilly so not sure we would have used it anyway. Breakfast (eggs, potatoes and bacon) were unfortunately cold. The worst part though was on the other side of the wall from the head of our beds was the elevators. We heard them all night long! Would maybe stay again if the price was right but certainly would not be our first choice.

When I travel to Oxford, this is always my go to hotel. The staff is so friendly. They are always willing to accommodate me with special request. The beds are extremely comfortable. And a plus is that they have a smart TV that has Netflix and HBO Max for those night owls like myself. 10 out of 10 will be staying here again.

Desk was staffed and attended to promptly. Check-in was already done when we arrived, just grabbed our keys and went to our rooms. Check-out was just as easy.

Everything was wonderful!

The bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet overall, and it was adequately clean. The complimentary breakfast was organized, clean, and tasty. I would definitely stay again.

Complimentary shuttle to Square Breakfast did not meet typical Hampton Inn standards.

I loved how convenient it was to the surrounding area and how close it was to the mTrade ballpark! NA

They charged me an extra $25 that you all are responsible for refunding me and I have not received it.
