Always love our stay at the Graduate! It is in a great location, within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants & bars in Haymarket! There is also a very nice bar & restaurant in the hotel!

Room was clean but bathroom was not great. Shower door would not stay closed and water got on floor.

Excellent choice when staying in Oxford!

Did not disappoint! Staff was on point and hotel was perfect!!

Didn’t like that parking was not included, coffee was not free, charge for breakfast. First room door would not open and came with tub, even tho I booked a non smoking with shower. Second room definitely had a smoker in it, cleaning lady gave me a can of air freshener and said bring it back. Pretty expensive for what was offered, but Oxford is ridiculously expensive.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The lobby, the rooftop restaurant, coffee shop, and hotel location are nice and convenient. The bathroom was clean, and the room was stocked with extra linens which was convenient. Unfortunately, the room smelled musty and the TV kept glitching making it unusable for long periods of time during our stay. If we had been in our room more, it would have been a bigger issue — although, I’m sure if we had called the front desk that they would’ve fixed it. The staff was very kind!

Great place to stay and enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommended to anyone.

Great place, beautifully decorated, clean, friendly, safe. I loved the entire hotel. The only thing I didn’t care for was the concrete ceiling. It looked unfinished with the rest of the decor. However that didn’t affect my stay or experience.

Perfect hotel for exploring Oxford!
-
Easy check in and was allowed do check in early. Great location but disappointing you have to pay to park in the lot.

Best place to stay at!
-
Rooms and hotel has significant deferred maintenance and overall cleaniness was not good in the room or common areas.

Perfect location

Excellent location within walking distance of the Square, and quiet, with very nice staff, but otherwise overpriced. Terrible linens. Towels were thin and scratchy. The bed lacked a mattress cover, which most hotels have. The fitted sheet did not fit the king-size bed properly and pulled off at the edges while we slept. Our bathroom was never cleaned during our three-night stay, nor were our bed linens ever changed. We will stay elsewhere on our next trip to Oxford.
