If you’re ok with bleached blood stains on your sheets, and/or odd stains on your shower curtain, then this place is for you. I regret not paying more and staying somewhere nicer. Lesson learned.

They were renovating so not everything was working. Very clean

Good enough

The staff was amazing and helpful and the room was great.

The property needed proper maintenance needs. The pool was closed and there was glass and a broken windshield in the parking lot. The advertised breakfast buffet was simply Cheerios, cereal bars, and fruit. Overall the property was run down and needs upgrading.

Opened my room door & was greeted with mega pot smell, not cigarettes or hotel cleaning. One bedside light did not work, another light did not work m& the phone was completely dead. Went to my meeting, but upon return, the TV showed No Signal. Had to use my personal phone to call front desk. My first call, I could not understand the person answering & they hung up on me. With my second call,I understood the person. She came & the TV had been unplugged to accommodate a game box & not returned to proper working order. The AC was awesome. The bed had 3 very squishy pillows on a king size bed. The cover had burn marks on it. The bathroom was clean but there was NO BLOW DRYER. Went into check out, was told my card would be refunded the deposit W H A T ??? I was NEVER told about the charge and did NOT authorize the charge.. The clerk said it was the policy. I told him was not told and the charge was not authorized. He apologized & said it was policy. It wasn'this fault, he just worked there. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

Good location The bedding had hair in it, the drawer between the beds wouldn’t stay closed, the bathroom had what looked like a poop stain sprayed on the wall behind the door. “Breakfast” was cereal and nutrigrain bars

Always a pleasant stay! Staff is nice. It’s reasonably priced, rooms are clean. It’s an older building so not all the modern touches, but it’s well maintained overall.

The pool was closed you could see the water it was disgusting. The breakfast was a joke. Cheerios and 2 apples were all that was available.

Decent hotel and stay was good. Only downer was that something kept draining the phone's charges. Maybe the electrical outlets. Stayed 2 nights. All I know for sure is at 11:00 pm, unplugging phone from car charger, having 60%, getting in room and plugging phone into my wall charger, going to sleep and waking up to 7%. Thinking my wall charger was bad, I went across the street to the ATT store and wasted money for it not to charge in the room. They need to look into that.

Nothing Didn't even get to stay. They told me my reservation was for the next night when I had my receipt and confirmation on my booking tried to show him, he had a attitude with me and called the law on me because I said this is bs. Needless to say I will not ever stay at that hotel

Parking area looked sketchy with several people hanging out thereMd being loud

The was nice and confident to the college.

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I booked it in January for the University of Mississippi graduation and we were completely taken advantage of. I am appalled to say that we spent $333 a night on what seem to be an hourly rental hotel room. It was so gross that I couldn’t even take pictures of it. There is a layer of dust around all of the lampshades. There were a little piles of dirt in the bathroom where they had mopped into the corners of the tile. The sheets had stains on them, and so did the furniture . The curtains wouldn’t close all of the way, and for that hefty price tag, we received a little baggie of shampoo/conditioner combined and bar of soap. To top it off, an m&m rolled out of the comforter one morning-we had not eaten any.

The hotel was in a good location, but the property was so rundown and was not maintained. The parking lot was a mess and the sidewalks in front of the rooms were filthy. The lock on the door was broken, and the smoke detector was hanging out of the wall. There was a hole in the bathroom wall, where the exhaust fan should be. The shower was filthy and full of mold and when I talked to the front desk about getting it cleaned, they gave me cleaning spray and towel to clean it myself. They would not even come down to clean it. It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend staying there.
