Complimentary breakfast was completely gone by 9:00 am. Room key didn’t work due to an Internet outage. Bathroom light didn’t work. Location was the only saving grace.

The holding credit card was charged before I arrived and was not the card I wanted to use and the staff couldn’t make the change. Wanted to book the same room for one more night for hospital stay but was informed that no rooms available. Which I guess was fine. Just sleep at the hospital and no shower. No I will not choose this hotel again. And Expedia should handle the card mix up since they did get paid and before I arrived

Creepy hotel with shady characters hanging around. The room had awful smell like cigarettes and moth balls.

Air conditioner power cord was cut, and unusable. Not hot water , furniture had holes in them and used duct tape to cover spots. We found another place to stay because it was so filthy and disgusting. Never stay here.

One room didn’t have ac, one room didn’t have hot water. They moved room for hot water but ac didn’t work.

Check in was really easy, staff was friendly and answered all my questions! Was a large room with four different variations of places to sit/rest which was perfect for the purpose of my trip. Lights, plugs, and A/C were all in good working condition, easy to access, and provided the appropriate support. Fridge and microwave were a plus! There was no coffee maker or even just cups in the room. Wanted to make tea at night and had to get out to be able to obtain hot water and a cup. Ended up purchasing a ceramic one to use in the microwave the second day. There was a lot of noise late at night, not sure if it was other guests, but sounded like from the building behind. Probably just while I was there, but hard to wind down. Toilet had a small water dripping noise and shower had some chipping in the tub bed, but overall ammenities were nice and everything worked properly.

It was a late arrival to a property unknown, it was off the square but we thought being in Oxford, it would be fine. The room was extremely hot because the air was off and took forever to cool down once we turned it on. There were cigarette burns in the bedding. You could see light from outside coming around the door. The toilet would not flush and we had to take the top of the tank off and pull up the float/flap to make it flush. And if that wasn’t all bad enough, there was a camera mount attached to the wall lamp! No camera but just the mount. So God only knows what really goes on at this hotel. It was really late and we needed only a few hours of sleep before getting back on the road so we made the decision to tough it out but I will never stay there again. The room was old, but was clean and smelled clean, aside from the cigarette burns in the comforter on one of the beds.
