There were several sporting events going on this weekend that caused a few challenges with parking and elevator access on Friday/Saturday night. Overall nice experience. Thanks

Great service from staff; considerate; gave us directions.

The girl in charge that night was unable to do her job, we complained three times that night about all the racket, our complaints were met with no results. We called the local enforcement to help out, they were able to get the problem solved, thank you for the Paducah Police Department!

The room was clean, the lobby was nice, the staff were friendly. It was very convenient to the church we were visiting, also restaurants and shopping.

Enjoyed our stay!

Be careful the maintenance guy he’s gonna yell at you if you leave the door open for a second to load up your car.

The hotel was clean it smelled wonderful. We didn't get to eat nothing at the kitchen because it closed at 10.But it looked very delicious. Staff was friendly. Very clean room and the restrooms was clean.Very satisfied.

Drinks from the hotel bar. $9 for a bottle of cider. Way too expensive. Last time I stay here, I will take note for complimentary Breakfast in the future.

Our room was disgusting. It had a real bad musty smell as soon as you entered the room. Dirty old trash that looked like it’s been there behind the tv stand. The bed has something all on it. Looked liked crumbs or something else wasn’t sure. We ended up leaving and asking for a refund which they gladly did so that I do appreciate! Not one to usually complain but it was horrible.

Good stay. However sheets were too small for mattress and mattress was not comfortable.

Really nice remodel hotel. Location was great for the quilt week in Paducah. The cost of the room’s breakfast should be part of the package. If it had not been quilt week , I would have had to pay for meals. Booking . Com said that a small cost for breakfast and another small cost for dinner was incorrect. But because of quilt week the hotel was gracious enough to provide breakfast.

Pool and hot tub were clean but floor paint was peeling and two wads of gum were stuck to the edge of the hot tub for three of the four days we went to the hot tub. Outside firepit was very pleasant.

Located in quiet area. With easy access to several restaurants and other activities.

The bistro was expensive but the French toast and bacon for breakfast was absolutely delicious. He did a great job!!! The wings and parmesan fries were the best I have had. She did a super job!!!
