Courtyard by Marriott Paducah

Staff were very helpful, rooms were very clean.

Short drive to a super cute winery.

Nice room, comfortable bed, large TV. Balcony was good. The only problem was a door that was jammed. I had to literally kick it open after unlocking it with the key card. But things happen. I reported it when I checked out and they said they would have someone fix it. No problem, as the front-desk service was good. The air worked great, along with everything else. Good stay.

The staff, including housekeeping, were AMAZING! Not Applicable.

The staff made check in very smooth during a busy check in time. Nothing was missed.

Quiet location

Clean and comfy but no breakfast

This was a beautiful room and hotel! We felt very fancy! The only disappointing thing is that, for the price, there was no included breakfast, which almost every hotel has. We travel a lot for work and pleasure, and that was disappointing.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed

They need to have more than one elevator im this hotel And I wish they included a breakfast for that price

There were several sporting events going on this weekend that caused a few challenges with parking and elevator access on Friday/Saturday night. Overall nice experience. Thanks

Great service from staff; considerate; gave us directions.

The girl in charge that night was unable to do her job, we complained three times that night about all the racket, our complaints were met with no results. We called the local enforcement to help out, they were able to get the problem solved, thank you for the Paducah Police Department!

The room was clean, the lobby was nice, the staff were friendly. It was very convenient to the church we were visiting, also restaurants and shopping.

Enjoyed our stay!

Be careful the maintenance guy he’s gonna yell at you if you leave the door open for a second to load up your car.

The hotel was clean it smelled wonderful. We didn't get to eat nothing at the kitchen because it closed at 10.But it looked very delicious. Staff was friendly. Very clean room and the restrooms was clean.Very satisfied.

Nothing

Drinks from the hotel bar. $9 for a bottle of cider. Way too expensive. Last time I stay here, I will take note for complimentary Breakfast in the future.

Our room was disgusting. It had a real bad musty smell as soon as you entered the room. Dirty old trash that looked like it’s been there behind the tv stand. The bed has something all on it. Looked liked crumbs or something else wasn’t sure. We ended up leaving and asking for a refund which they gladly did so that I do appreciate! Not one to usually complain but it was horrible.
