West Owen was easy to get to and easy to get out. My room was right next to my car . The room is spacious and clean. the reception for the tv would come and go. I didn’t watch much but it could have been annoying

Location was good for what our needs were. Close to restaurants. Was mislead in price. Was told I booked a 3rd level room and this was not mentioned in the booking details, so we had to pay extra to get a room on 1st floor. There was no coffee pot or hair dryer, which in my opinion, now days is a standard.

Staff was ultra friendly both at night of check in and check out.

the space was clean We paid for our reservation in full online when we went to check in I was first told there was a 50$ deposit then another worker came out proceeded to say it was 100$ deposit. When they say I was growing to be emotional I was told I could just give them 50$ for my deposit. & The internet is terrible

Rooms were really clean and well updated! Super humid in the rooms felt like everything was wet. The pool was filled with construction debris.

The toomnitself was nice. Why the platform for the mattress was metal (like a filing cabinet) I will never understand. It was loud and larger than the mattress so we kicked it several times.

Close and clean and parking accommodations fit our big truck and race car trailer. Person who checked us in was really nice. When I went to ask for towels the other gentleman was not a friendly. I pretty sure I woke him up.

From the outside, it looks sketchy but the remodel on the inside is way better Not much for that price, all I needed was a clean room and bed. There was a couple of things that could’ve been cleaned better, like tv remote, toilet base, and bed frame but overall clean.

There was a lot of noise outside. The door had a gap that let light from outside in. It also had a AC unit where the fan kept turning off and on every few minutes, making it hard to sleep.

Not a whole lot Bed was uncomfortable, one plastic cup only available in bathroom, no elevator. As a senior it was extremely hard to get baggage up to the 3rd floor.

The staff barely spoke English. I got locked out of my room on the third floor on the second day with all my groceries so I had to take all my groceries back downstairs and I told them about it and all they said was ok no help or nothing. There was a tornado warning. The place was flooded the whole parking lot. The staff was not helpful at all. they took a $25 deposit which they do not give back. So just be careful.
