Ok

My friend and I met here for the weekend. It had everything we needed. Friendly staff, good location for our needs, and safe and clean.

Why booked the room on our return trip back through didnt have any issues the first time but the 2nd trip we were on 3rd floor the shower had mold in it and i asked for extra coffee and they gave it to me no problem but we got to our room no coffee pot i called someone had broken the pot and they didnt have one to replace it or offer to get another one from an empty room or move us coffee drinkers understand u wake up u want that 1st cup of coffee at the hotel its a comveince u pay for

We liked it so much we booked it again for our return trip everyone was friendly clean room good breakfast

Bed was a little uncomfortable

Hotel lobby was bright and clean and quiet when we arrived. Our room was clean and comfortable. (Except for the noisy A/C which switched on and off all night long - much like most hotel room A/C units. When it was on, it was too cool. When it was off, the room was stuffy.) Hot breakfast both days was good - many choices, hot, plentiful. There was a big, poorly patched spot in the bathroom ceiling in our room, which is the only negative I observed during our stay. Close to the highway, close to restaurants and shopping, easy access to downtown Paducah, which was our weekend destination.

Nice and clean

Very friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with a good variety.

Front desk staff was very friendly. And they had great pillows. But outside of that was very disappointed. It is very outdated, we didn’t have any soap in our room, it has a gym but equipment was out of order, in the breakfast area they left out the chemicals used to clean on a side table by the food, the breakfast was lacking and the pancake machine was broken-all first world problems but when you pay $200/night you expect more.

Location is good. They serve cookies and milk in the evening. The bathroom door didn’t open

Very clean and the management team was very nice and helpful.

Clean and curteous.

Friendly staff, clean room.

Very clean, great continental breakfast options, friendly staff.

The hotel was clean but the breakfast was alright. The staff were friendly and welcoming

Always a great choice when booking this brand of lodging. Completely satisfied.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable

Great staff. Very good breakfast and coffee available all day long. How nice! And of course the cookies at night. Good job staff!
