The room was fairly clean but the sheets had permanent stains that I’m sure bleach would take out. Same for the shower curtain. There were no cups in the room; usually there are disposable cups for water, etc. it seemed like the place was in the proces# of starting a major remodel as all the supplies were being stored in the lobby where continental breakfast would normally be served. Because of this, no breakfast was provided.

The only complaint I have is that despite the air fresher and cleaning, the room still smelled of cigarette smoke. Our room was suppose to be a non smoking room.
-
Gnats were in the room and and the bed linen was stained. Doors on furniture was broken.
-
Easy parking, close to lots of restaurants. Not the cleanest, a little run down. Staff was nice.

Rooms were old. Another guest told us hotel was full of roaches. Remodeling in progress-no breakfast.
-
Nothing Thievery and roaches in the refrigerator.
-
Older property that needs updating. Needed more towels…only had one for two guests. Bathroom cabinet needed repair. For our one night stay it was okay. The beds were comfortable.

Our room was on the first floor. There was no elevator so I requested this and it was no issue. Our bed was a king and surprisingly it was extremely comfortable. The inn is going through remodeling right now but we never heard anything or smelled paint, nothing. This is an older inn but our room had been completed and was extremely nice and clean. The location was perfect. Lots of shopping around this area and lots of restaurants to chose from. Right next to the interstate as well. We were five miles from the National Quilt Museum and the Carson Center for our scheduled show. I would definitely stay overnight here again with no problem. Only one table set up for coffee but they are remodeling and that room is full of boxes for renovation. The outside of the site needs to be completed with flowers and new plants but again, they are in the process of doing so.

Yuck! Will never stay there again. Stinky and creepy

Great air conditioning and powerful hot shower !

The location offered a convenience for the meeting/conference I attended. Room was NOT clean. Bought products to clean vanity of soap ring. Killed 2 bugs during stay. Sheets wrinkled; hoped not previously used. Towels unbleached with stains. Marks on walls. No vacuuming of rooms or halls. No 24/7 coffee available. Never again!

I asked for a partial discount, but I didn’t get one. The room was absolutely disgusting. The ice bucket still had melting water in it and when I put the fan on, I had to put a towel over the filter because it smelled so bad. The cabinets in the bathroom were broken and falling down.

We switched rooms and found the same conditions but also bugs in the sheets. I was so grossed out. They would not refund our room.

Nice Nothing
-
The room was visibly clean, parking was fine, AC worked great, didn’t see much of the staff, no amenities other than the tv.
-
This place was gross and probably should be condemned. It was full of mold dirt and bugs flying around everywhere. We didn’t stay and they refused to return our money

The area hall smelled like smoke, the carpet was tattered/frayed at my door. Ned and pillows felt older like the room. Location is great… walked to get food at nearby restaurant but felt slightly unsafe part way due to some sketchy “guests “ on property. Will stick with chain hotels after this experience
