Quality Suites Paducah I-24

Not a pleasant stay. The staff who checked us in, was actually very nice but we were checked into a room that was still dirty - bed was messed up and the "do not disturb" sign was still on the door. They upgraded us to a little nicer room, with an apology. Breakfast was small - which is fine but all of the coffee was lukewarm and what they did serve was not presented well, or they did not have any of items sitting out ( i.e. 2 bananas, 2 oranges) We are not fussy and all we needed was a place to sleep on our travels so we survived. Also, there are no elevators, so if you are on the second floor you will have steps.

No pool

Shower was not clean from previous people. There was a pair of underwear and socks left in the closet. Yuck!!!

They help us find a different hotel to stay at There wasn’t anything to like about the property. The beds were filthy, the hall way smelled of pot and had trash all over, there were dirty used linens in the bathtub.

When we arrived we were informed they had no elevator. I’m 82 and my father-in-law is 91 and uses a Kane to walk. Reading reviews no one said anything about no elevator. That should be a disclaimer from the start. Wasn’t really satisfied with the breakfast either. Not a hot meal. Read my first response

Location and parking. Staff was nice Room had a funny smell to it. The hotel had a blower constantly running outside the room.

The only thing worth liking is maybe the location. When we walked in the front door there was a smell that was absolutely terrible. The beds were so soft that you thought you were going to sink to the floor.The nightshift staff was evidently just there to fill a spot. The WIFI was good if you stood by the Room Door.The Swimming Pool looks like it hasn't been used in Years. Overall I wouldn't recommend staying there.

There was no elevator, and our suite was on the 2nd floor, so that made it a little rough carry the luggage for a family of 4 upstairs. There was no trash can in the room, so we had to ask them to find one for us. The hallways and stairwells were very hot to walk through. One of the beds in our room was right up against the AC unit, so you couldn't walk to that side of the bed, and the bed blocked some of the airflow for the room. And breakfast had very few options.

Staff was super nice and friendly. The main problem was the bed. It was visibly curved....as in not flat. We rolled to the center of the bed. My husband stayed there a year ago and it was the same problem. Need to get rid of bad mattresses. The linens also had a weird smell. Not dirty but odd smell.

Great location.. Great Coffee… Quiet and Clean… Like eggs and Sausage for Breakfast that you didn’t have… Very simple Breakfast that was missing..

Location was ideal. Pet friendly which is always nice. Not much green space for pets.

The pool is currently under construction and the rideshare services/taxis in Paducah are questionable but, the hotel, and staff (Kimberly) were great. We would stay there again.

Room was well worn! Hide-a-bed was broken and was hard to sit on. Short on staff on 7/13 (Monday) in breakfast area. Ants crawling on one table and we moved to another table that was ant free. Bathtub is a accident waiting with a hole in the bottom of tub. Don't know if water was leaking out under the tub that could be creating mold. Parking was plentiful , so no problem.

It wasnt in a bad area. No bed bugs. Decent staff. Smells like mold and mildew. Floors are very far from clean. Rooms are a solid 60% humidity. Water reeks of metal. Beds are practically stone. Bathroom does not seem clean.

LVP flirting probably wasn't as clean as it should've been, but they weren't the worst we've been in. Outside of that, and the lack of a pool, it was middle of the road.

Convenient, fair price A little on the worn and tired side. Breakfast was skimpy. I did not use it, but the waffle maker was not working. That was the only “hot” item on the breakfast bar.
