Bed sheets smell like someone just slept there. $100 incident fee, I wish it was $20 like hampton in.

The hotel staff were friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. In general, this hotel met our needs as a place to spend the night as we were passing through town. The thermostat did not seem to work, so the room was cold. We made due, but it could have been a bit warmer.

The Staff is friendly. I came for my son's graduation. It's clean and comfortable. I would choose it again when I come back. Nothing bad to say

This hotel is just okay. The property was well maintained. The room was average but since they allow pets there was quite a bit of pet hair on the floors and in the beds. The bathrooms are clean and stocked with the necessities. The noise level from outside and inside the hotel seemed a bit higher than ordinary, so if you’re a light sleeper beware. Breakfast was what you’d expect from a hotel. Overall the stay was just okay but if I’m ever back in town I’d probably stay somewhere else.

Stayed 1 night on a road trip. Nice hotel, good facilities, friendly staff.

Our room was super clean and up to date! The front desk staff were super polite and efficient! They were able to quickly solve our problems with accessing the internet! The breakfast was just what we expected - and the staff in the breakfast area were super friendly!!! The parking was plentiful and safe! We were very pleased with our two night stay!!!

The breakfast was good. And the staff was super helpful.

They were suggesting “create a bowl” but didn’t really have what it took. We were staying for the Paducah Quilt Show. Once the Show began and the hotel had more people in it - The facility for breakfast was totally inadequate. The kitchen was way behind, containers needed to be filled. There wasn’t a coffee maker in our room, so you needed to go downstairs to get a cup. The coffee itself was very good, but the machine was very slow.

The hotel was clean, well maintained, great breakfast, friendly helpful staff, comfortable beds. We would stay again next time we stop in Paducah.

The staff addressed our concerns by moving our stay to an upper floor where they were supposedly not staying. Wrong! These hoodlums ran, unsupervised, everywhere!! We loved staying here twice a year, but no more.

The location. It’s close to everything:) The staff charged me for a smoking fee. No one smoked in or around my room. When I approached the front desk after realizing I was charged the unwarranted fee, the woman said someone may have smoked and then came in the room. Like really???? The policy says don’t smoke in or around the room!! No one smoked in or around the room. The woman who charged me the fee was constantly seen outside, right beside the entrance door to the hotel, smoking. I have stayed numerous places and have never had this happen. We respect the policy of no smoking, and I refuse to be charged for something that isn’t accurate. I need my refund for this unwarranted fee! I have sent an email, contacted my financial institution, and I will take it further if needed!
