This is an older resort that has had some updating. We stayed in a king room with the river view. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool. The restaurant and bar nearby weren’t open when we were there.

The staff was very helpful and considerate. The rooms were clean and the view around the pool was exceptional.

Kept very clean. Nice pool on the river. Staff very friendly. I had a hard time turning on the shower knob, toilet was a little wobbly in the floor, not really a big deal however, what was a big deal…they advertise an open restaurant and Tiki bar which they do not have and was one of the reasons I picked the place. I should’ve checked the reviews ahead of time because it looks like neither one has been open in 3 to 4 years. This was a disappointment because it is on the river and it would’ve been nice to sit outside. Have a drink at the bar or have some dinner. There is no hot food for breakfast. It’s only toast, cereal or miniature yogurt. You need to go out if you want something else. I paid $108 per night. It was definitely not a $108 per night location.

We were in the main building and there were a bunch of people having a get together right outside our door and they were very loud way past an appropriate time

Great little place. Only stayed one night so we didn’t use many amenities or get to check out much of the resort. The room and the staff that we did deal with were all excellent! We will be back when we can stay longer. Maybe on the RV side of the resort next time!

Everything! Staff was beyond very friendly & helpful! Pool was clean and clear, st John's was right there & beautiful!

Nice little room for the price. Great for a trip with a boat or trailer.

Drug traffic all night, prostitution traffic, and crackheads walking around the hotel all night by our vehicles.

The room was nothing like the photos when booking. The room had an odour and bedding looked old, nothing like the photos of the King room on the booking site. There was no breakfast available even though the front reception listed the breakfast hours. There was no restaurant on site, it was shut down (permanently?) This place looks worn out and in need of major renovations. The air conditioning in the room was so loud that we woke up every time in came on. The lobby chair seats were all in disrepair. False advertising on the resorts part. The only pleasant thing was the view of the St.john’s River & the marina. The resort needs to update their photos as it really is.

Pool view was spectacular!

The location was excellent. The room we got after refusing the first one we checked into was comfortable and clean. Make sure you have a room in the main building. The write up for this hotel indicated that the rooms have a river view, however only the even numbered rooms in the main building have a river view. All others have a parking lot view. The rooms in the detached portion of the hotel are totally depressing, with black walls and poor lighting. Sleep in if you're planning to go to breakfast. Poor or no options for hot food. Hard pastries and the coffee carafe was empty, and not refilled, one hour after the start of breakfast.

The outside building, which I think was called West, needs a deep cleaning, and new comforter sets! They were worse then the ones I have at home! Please throw them away and buy new ones, very stained and old! My room was changed upon request which I
