Poor and poorer Gestapo style approach staff took with the patrons who were outside cooking their supper on the grill.

I love the pool and people here

Elderly couple that had to ask for a different room location. Did not feel safe in front of pool due to working crew male guests congregating by the pool area. Went immediately to front desk. The staff was cordial and heard our concern. We were moved to a more acceptable location. Appreciated it. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited and poor tasting. Overall ok for a quick overnight stay.

Location Was old. Property needs to be modernized, mainly the bathroom.

The large pool and daily housekeeping The one overnight front desk worker who was rude and acted as if he was aggravated if he has to get up and answer any kind of question.

Was not pleased mainly after I made reservations mostly because the pool after getting there the pool was not there the. Real fast was not good it was awful the waffle maker did not work right the juice was old and nasty I do suggest this place beds were hard room smelled of cigarettes

It was clean, quiet and comfortable with a courteous staff. The location was convenient.

I am fairly certain I requested downstairs while booking through Expedia, but they said no at check-in. Breakfast wasn't visually appealing (eggs and sausage) but tasted good. Coffee was good.

Im not sure how this was so highly rated. The ratings I saw stated this hotel was "pleasent", but my experience was not. Maybe I'm bougie, but the bass coming from the cars in the parking lot barely covered the noise of the screaming children in the adjoining room that was not mentioned also listening to loud music through a stereo system. Room was clean but given the noise in the evening and the very strange number of people walking around counting cash during the day as I was checking in, I found alternate accommodations and checked out shortly after taking a shower the same evening as checking in.

Breakfast was good, no coffee in the room, room was basic, comfortable.

Friendly helpful stafff, good breakfast, clean, bed good. Nice place but needs some things fixed correctly - tighten toilet seats, fix or replace water to shower pull/handle. Small things mostly
