The staff were friendly and answered requests immediately for extra towels and to clean the room. The negatives noted were the tiny, smelly soap and shampoo, the bathroom door didn’t shut closed and very high sink that children or short adult like myself could not reach without a step stool.

Breakfast is always good Front desk clerk put us in a upstairs room and we requested a downstairs room house keeping came into our room there are no more signs to hang on door for no disturbance

Poor and poorer Gestapo style approach staff took with the patrons who were outside cooking their supper on the grill.

Elderly couple that had to ask for a different room location. Did not feel safe in front of pool due to working crew male guests congregating by the pool area. Went immediately to front desk. The staff was cordial and heard our concern. We were moved to a more acceptable location. Appreciated it. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited and poor tasting. Overall ok for a quick overnight stay.
