Stayed here for the Texas State Railroad excursion. 10 minutes away. Room was clean. Water pressure was incredible. Breakfast was wonderful. Quick and easy checkin and checkout. Use the app for checkout is even better. Towels could be softer.

The staff was friendly, the pool was nice. Hot tub broken, breakfast was fair. My main concern was the lack of cleanliness in my room and the horrible mold smell. I’ve taken several photos of the mold and funk. I took my complaint to the front desk, the gentleman there offered to have housekeeping spray but with Lysol. He wasn’t able to offer me a different room. The walls were dirty, urine splattered near toilet, food splatter above microwave on the wall, dirt on couch cushions, separated bathroom door from water damage, mold in bathroom (hence the smell), soapy dirty water in corner of the tub. I paid an excessive amount for 3 nights in this room and I’m quite disappointed in Holiday Inn and don’t think I’ll be staying at one again. This site will only allow me to upload eight photos. I have many more.

We arrived at 3 PM but the room was not yet cleaned. We only had to wait 10 minutes to access our room. The cleaning products used were so strong it caused my asthma to flare up and I became ill over the next few days. The room appeared clean but there was a used Q-tip from previous occupant far under the bathroom counter. Not sure why, but management charged a $50 deposit in case room was damaged. I've never experienced this with other IHG hotels. No coffee pot in room. Low review score due to both cleaning issues and unexpected management policies.

The breakfast coffee was good, but nothing else on the breakfast buffet was outstanding in my mind. Just another free hotel breakfast.

The hotel was extremely clean... We did not eat breakfast but I did go to get coffee for my husband and he said it was delicious... I did look at the food but there was no sausage or bacon they only had chicken? This hotel is in Texas lol we don't eat chicken for breakfast....and no biscuits The room was very small for the price

It was excellent! Everything was clean and very nice. The breakfast was great as well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Did not partake in. Couldn't leave fast enough. My grandkids were not allowed to swim. Nor was my pets permitted. Hostess seemed dead set on making my stay as uncomfortable as possible.

The handy cap room was not what i am use too. Being a member thst stay diamond level . Make me wonder if i need to continue using them. Tj would mot make arrangement for upgrade at all
