Do not stay here. No food or beverages of any kind in pool area. I could not understand the staff. Not worth the $$$$

Very nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Comfy beds and pillows. Great shower. Delicious complimentary coffee and hot breakfast. Nice pool (there is no shaded area-just fyi). I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

The staff Sarah, Randy and Mary are all amazing! The rooms are clean and well kept.

Our bathtub looked undesirable. Didn’t look real clean. Very “used” and really needs to be replaced. Had to wait in a long line upon arrival. Had to wait about half an hour. Only one person working the desk. Management and staff, however, were extremely nice, caring and hospitable.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Palestine, TX and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, quiet, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. My room was spacious, comfortable, and stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to get around the area. Overall, the hotel provided excellent value, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Palestine.
