Super 8 by Wyndham Palestine

The Continental breakfast was out of all but one choice of breakfast sandwich, there was no butter, no napkins,no pastries, and the milk was spoiled. When asked for fresh milk to be put out the staff came out from behind the front desk without shoes on his feet to take the milk carafe to the back. I could hear the carafe being rinsed out and then more spoiled milk was added to the carafe. When he replaced the carafe with still no shoes on his feet there was no attempt made to add more items to the empty pastry box or the cool storage where breakfast sandwiches should be. Overall terrible! I do not recommend!

Close to the central business district of the town. Mold in the bathroom. Room smelled like musty and mildew. A lot of fieldworkers drinking in the parking lot listening to marachi music.

Good value for the price.

They don’t change sheets on bed and they were all burned from cigarettes and person on the reception was rud breakfast was nasty milk was bad told the receptionist and he said there was nothing he could do

Super close to where I needed to be also close to restaurants, florist, drug stores, Breakfast wasn't great..

At that point, it was very late at night, we had just attended a funeral, and had driven four hours to get there. We were exhausted and decided to stay because we assumed that if the replacement rooms looked this bad, the rest of the hotel probably wasn’t any better. If we had other options at that hour, we absolutely would have left and found somewhere else to stay. Some of the issues we encountered included: • Blood on the wall (I have photos) • Suspicious stains on the sheets • A towel rack ripped out of the wall, and the smoke detector ripped out of the wall. • Both dead and live cockroaches in the room • Urine left on the toilet seat that I had to clean myself before using the bathroom This was one of the dirtiest and most poorly maintained hotel experiences I’ve ever had. There’s no excuse for rooms being given to guests in this condition, especially after already having to switch rooms once due to blood on the bedding and no electricity.

Nice location clean great service

The room was FILTHY and smelt like cigarette smoke. Asked for another room and was told all other rooms were booked.

I accidentally left my car keys on the external portion of the a/c unit when checking in. The next morning, the housekeeper knocked on the door, pointed to my keys still laying there. Since I wasn't fully clothed, she reached over, picked up the keys and handed them to me That says a great deal for the integrity of the staff and the security of the facility location. Thank you.

The first room had sheets that appeared dirty, so I asked to be moved. The move was made, but staff did not seem concerned and did not apologize for the inconvenience. Staff mocked me when I asked if the 2nd room was in the building "facing the road." Later I asked for a hair dryer and was told to go to the "white door" to get it. When i went to the white door, I was told to go to another, further area of the motel to get the hair dryer. I simply asked staff to get the hair dryer and told them I'd come back to retrieve it. Again, staff was not very gracious in helping me. They did bring the dryer to the room later.

Comfortable bed, good coffee, very clean, Sam at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Smelled like old cigarettes

This little motel was just what we needed for a night stay. Staff was super friendly. The motel room was clean and cool.

I've stayed here 7 or 8 times in the past year. The property has always been acceptable, no frills, reasonably clean, etc. This time, the room was awful. Nothing was cleaned properly. Unfortunately, there was an event in town, and other rooms were available. Otherwise, I would have left.

A workman's motel. Pploutside after a hard day's work. Quiet by 10. Very nice Bathroom door would not close. Vending machine only took change. The man up front said they dont carry change. Had to walk to store down the street. As I was in my work truck.

Perfect location inside the loop and it's on a main street which makes it easy to get to anywhere in town. Some of the furniture inside could be updated, but it was all adequate and the bed was superb and does not need updated.

Later when I called and complained to Expedia a representative called the Super 8. When she returned to me she said she was told that the Super 8 had a water heater failure and it affected a section of the building. Sounds to me Super 8 is lying about something. What I want to know is whether Expedia will do anything about a booking through their website that leaves travelers stranded.
