Nice hotel. Staff was friendly. TV did not work. Overall, I had a good stay.

For $200 a night it was not worth it ! They only carry the name Hampton. I am very dissatisfied. Housekeeping knocked 1 time at 9am and open the door while I was getting dressed. Check out is at 11am

Husband accidentally left his personal sleeping pillow when we checked out and didn’t realize it until we arrived home. I called the hotel and the maid had brought it to the front desk. The manager told me they would mail it to us immediately. Great service!

Mud in shower. Roach crawling across the floor. Workspace area too small, a circular tea table, not as shown in the picture a gallery for room selected.

It was ok. I would rather have bacon than a thin sandwich style package ham, and grits instead of potatoes. Just my preference, nothing was wrong with the buffet. The pillows felt a bit cheap. I prefer larger and a fuller firmer pillow.

Water pressure in the shower was low, making it hard to rinse shampoo. Staff was amazingly helpful! Bed was comfortable. Light shone in around the door of the room so it was also a little noisy when people were in the hall.

It was hot

A wonderful place to stay if you are traveling through east Texas.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Didn’t have any noise disturbances, everything was great. Parking is a little tight. I drive a truck and the spaces are so close and small, the only issue. Everything else was nice.

I found this all out unfortunately after I was awoken at 5:30 in the morning by the sound of dog wailing and howling in the room/wall next to my bed. When I asked at the front desk why I wasn't told that I might be next a room with dogs or given the option to NOT be next to a room with dogs, I got a indifferent response - as if it was my responsibility to make sure my room was not next to one with pets. I cannot recommend this particular hotel to anyone. Pets are have a higher value than humans because they can make an extra $75 pet fee.

The location was easy to find. Room was comfortable, especially the mattress. Would love to know the brand of mattress. Other guests were a bit loud especially at late at night and very early in the morning. We saw a group of young people gathered in the back corner of the parking lot talking and laughing when we came back from an excursion about 10 PM. Made us a bit nervous so we made sure our car was locked up before going inside through the side door.

Everything from the moment we walked in until check-out was perfect!
