Todo estaba excelente hasta que me encontré una cucaracha! En la habitación, también debes mantener el clima muy bajo porque si pones el aire a 70 comienza a sudar todo, todo comienza a humedecerse, pero me imagino que es

I had a issue in my room where the ac unit was leaking water on the floor and the front desk initially told me the maintenance man would come the next but that never happened. The next day I called to ask about the situation I was told that the maintenance man doesn't come on the weekends and that there was nothing they could do to fix it nor could they change my family and I into another room. So we literally had to stay in room where a good portion of the floor was wet from the leaking AC unit.

Blonde older lady think her name is Rebecca, I called desk because people upstairs were very noisy running across floor, dropping things on floor and this was at almost 12 am. She said she would check but she said she put her ear on my door and the upstairs and couldn’t hear anything. Guess she thinks that I was lying. This noise went on until 1 or 2 am didn’t rest well. Stay was horrible.

Ok so this was a very clean room and blissfully smoke free. I liked the hot tub and pool, the breakfast was great. And we enjoyed the stay. the only thing I would like to see was more towels, and washcloths. Probably just did not get down to ask in time. It was a great stay.
