Everything is kept very clean, rooms, common areas, pools, exercise room and so forth. Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfasts are an added plus. The only downside we experienced was there is not enough shade around the pool area during midday. If we visit Palestine again in the future La Quinta will be first on our list for places to stay.

Breakfast was horrible. Cook even said she wouldnt eat it. Had to beg for 2 towels to shower. Was down from ohio for horse activities. We got dirty. Said only 1 towel per person every 2 days. I change my towel daily at home, I expect same at a decent hotel lile this. (Also there was 3 of us not 2, but apparently my child doesn't deserve her own) complained I had a horse trailer, made me park in the grass to which I sunk in a couple of inches. Couldn't use the pool due to unsupervised children running the place. Will not be using this hotel next time we drive down from 20 hours away.

second room. roaches Had to manually turn TV on and is malfunctioning Sink never drained and the toilet ran constantly. Several outlets inoperative Dresser drawer broke fridge didn't cool the pool temperature felt heated

The place looks terrible it’s needs a remodel there was mold in the bathroom last time we were in Palestine we stayed at the holiday inn express

Nice & clean. I would have preferred body lotion at least. Lacking in amenities.

We enjoy our visit every summer as this our Reunion hotel that we partner with for our family to stay

Nice sized room with a king bed, a couch, a built in desk and 2 tvs. The room was clean and well kept. Toiletries could use an update. The staff was friendly and helpful.
