Absolutely nothing I didn't like the fact that there was blood stains all over the comforters, the fact that the coffee pot and the ice bucket was all dirty and still had black and brown s*** all in it, the fact that the floors have not been swept and especially the fact that we found a f****** methamphetamine pipe in the m************ room so on that note I think that I should get my money back and that's a fact

Hot water. I own two lodging properties so I am very aware of all conditions expected at overnight lodging. This place was primarily full of long term rabble. I felt very unsafe and was approached several times about buying drugs. I requested a move closer to the office the first night and was refused a move. Office staff was rude and no help. This place cost $100 per night with taxes and is truly a $30-40 per night property. There is no excuse for the condition, rude office personnel, or price for this property. I will never stay at this property again even if it was $20 per night. I prepaid was the only reason I stayed here for the whole 5 night stay. I was in town because my mother broke her hip and was in the hospital. Her home was full with other relatives.

The swimming pool need to have the leaves cleaned out, and vacuum out.

It was a clean and spacious room. It was quiet and cozy. Will stay here again.

Staff very friendly...rooms were clean...

I usually enjoy staying here, fairly comfortable and good location I book this motel expecting to use the pool , pool was nasty, but we waited until the next day hoping maybe they hadn’t got around to cleaning it , it was not clean the next day so we talked to employee , we were then informed that the pool was down, we checked out a day early , they refused to give us any partial refund “because we booked online”

Really really wanted a jetted tub or Jacuzzi room but apparently they didn't have any anymore despite what the app and website says. Ice machine is broke as well. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Pretty pool. And we got to play our music without anyone complaining.

Been there a few times and NEVER had any problems like this. The refrigerator wasn't cleaned at all. It was dirty and had a cup that the previous occupants left behind. Asked for a non smoking room and the room smelt like cigarettes and more.

A/c unit need be repair on room 106 air is not 100 % cool

Not bad at all and the owners are very friendly people. Actually want a cutting off of that plant they have in the office and I forgot to ask. Maybe next time I'm driving through Palestine I'll remember and stop in. I don't know what kind of plant it is but it's really cool.

I liked that it was next to Dennys Wanted a non smoking room, room stank like an ashtray. Bed was soo uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep. I would have a hard time finding pillows more uncomfortable. The ac didn't cool the room. Very dissatisfied.
