A/c unit need be repair on room 106 air is not 100 % cool

Not bad at all and the owners are very friendly people. Actually want a cutting off of that plant they have in the office and I forgot to ask. Maybe next time I'm driving through Palestine I'll remember and stop in. I don't know what kind of plant it is but it's really cool.

I liked that it was next to Dennys Wanted a non smoking room, room stank like an ashtray. Bed was soo uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep. I would have a hard time finding pillows more uncomfortable. The ac didn't cool the room. Very dissatisfied.

Great value for the location Pool was not maintained and front desk was a bulletproof glass.

The staff was friiendly. The carpet was wet and the room stunk. There was only one towel per person and the shampoo was one little tear open pouch that didn't even lather up and not enough for two people. The shower head leaked out of the shower curtain on to the bathroom floor. When you are in a room that stinks it's hard to feel comfortable thinking about mold.

Check in was quick and easy. Our room was very nice, clean and everything we needed was there(we didnt have to ask for anything as we've experienced at other hotels). We absolutely loved our room and stay with Premier. Will definitely stay here again

The check in and out were easy. The room had a half wall with love seat and coffee table along with a desk and chair. The guest WiFi worked excellent the password and Network information was printed on the card key holder. The card key worked great to unlock and relock the door. The door had a great security lock. The Queen sized bed was firm but very comfortable with three feather pillows. The dressing table and mirror with hair dryer and Coffey maker. There was also a mini refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom itself was spacious with very white clean bathtub shower combination. The fixtures were very sparkling clean. The shower water pressure was excellent, with the only drawback it took the hot water a long time to get warm but when it did it was really hot. It was around the time everyone was taking showers. All in all a very good experience. The rooms were updated with granite shelving and countertops. A long time for water to warm up in shower just a little dust around the edges of the carpet risers. No coffee supplied for the coffee maker.

The room was just okay for an overnite stay but I usally stay here and the rooms I use too had a bedspread on it the room I stayed in this time just had a blanket, and the room I ask for they say it was booked but I don't think so because the curtains in the room was open at all time, but for a one night it was just okay

Check in was very easy. Room was what I expected for the price I paid.

Parking was easy,room was clean

I forgot something and within less than 10 hours I contacted them but they refused to even check the room. Called 3 times and they were rude and just refused to confirm it. There attitude was terrible. Lack of warmth Their lack of courtesy. If they are in the hospitality business they should learn manners and hospitality.

The location is a drug den. The room was dirty, the shower backed up, I ended up sleeping in my truck.
