Palm House Hotel Palm Beach

This is probably the best put together hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Staff incredibly helpful and goes out of their way to make sure your stay is extraordinary. From the moment you walk in the door it smells incredible as well. The pool is luxurious and a short walk to your own chairs and umbrella at the ocean. Most hotels will be ruined for us from this experience.

Nothing short of excellence. I can’t give one negative. The staff are absolutely incredible. They are not snobby- they are attentive and extremely polite. My room was nothing short of perfection. I’ve been around the world in many hotels. This one for service and experience tops it all. I have felt welcome and appreciated as a customer. 5 stars

Beautiful hotel!

I don’t want to write a review because I would like to keep this gem of a hotel my secret. Amazing service , absolutely gorgeous hotel, rooms perfect comfortable , spacious , 5 stars . I have worked in the hotel industry for 25 years with Ritz Carlton , Omni , Four Seasons , this boutique property doesn’t have a spa or golf course but it takes all the critical areas of a quality hotel to the highest levels. Service , comfort, convenience and a value .

However, they charge for parking, and they also charged an additional fee for a rollaway bed, even though we indicated at the time of booking that there would be three guests. Once you add those extra charges to the room rate, you end up paying almost Breakers prices—yet this hotel is not The Breakers. Another disappointment was the lack of flexibility with late checkout. Most hotels try to accommodate guests when possible, but this property would not extend our checkout time, and we had to leave at 12:00 p.m., which was inconvenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the wonderful staff, but the unexpected extra charges and inflexible checkout policy took away from what could have been an excellent experience.

Loved Every Aspect of the property and the Staff was Amazing

Absolutely beautiful hotel w/ so many photo spots! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. AMAZING team of individuals working there, from valet to check in to the bar.

We loved our stay there. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. We used the house car a lot to get around the island. Look forward to staying there again.

We really enjoyed our time at Palm House. Beautifully designed rooms and common areas. The pool area and service is excellent. Rooms are clean and spacious.
