The Colony Hotel Palm Beach

The perfect stay for a girls trip. Excellent service and gorgeous palm beach decor.

Stayed two nights- & even though assured I would be in same room entire stay - by 10 am the next morning they were texting in the name of the monkey jb to pack up and move… the attitude of the front desk was condescending because I was Expedia.

Pretty lobby and wallpaper. Overall polish & nice amenities. Strong branding but lack of customer service with front desk. Clearly they do not like dealing with customers who use Expedia.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at. Hands down !! Run , don’t walk to stay there asap. You will not regret it !

We loved staying at the Colony! Whoever the marketing/brand manager is deserves a raise! All of the little details are what makes this place so special. I wish it were a little bit more affordable, but you get what you pay for, that's for sure!

Extremely helpful and respectful valet, wonderful service via text message, they responded quickly to all of our needs! The most beautiful scenery and well maintained. We will be back!

Only minor issue was too many biting bugs outside.

They need to work a little bit on their bar area and cocktail program

Everything was great, only downside were the prices for food at the restaurant.

This place was incredible. I went with my best friend for the weekend and it surpassed all expectations! Definitely a girl weekend spot although there was the odd couple staying there as well. The pool during the day is such a vibe and the restaurant at night also very vibey. The staff is incredible very 5 star service level. Definitely one of my favorite hotel stays. The one thing just to know is that the pool food is quite pricey, those prices make sense to me for dinner but not for pool food, but you can get simpler options at the cafe on site which is phenomenal too.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were always accommodating to our needs. I loved that they had the bikes that we could ride and a driver service for the island. Would definitely stay there again~

Lovely room, staff were amazing, and the location is perfect. I was surprised by the “influencer vibe” even in the heat of the summer. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway…this is probably not the place…but it was lovely nonetheless!

The staff was friendly from the moment we walked in. We came here for a girls trip and everything was perfect. Having the complimentary house car so helpful. Would recommend to anybody and will be returning!!

Rooms are small, but so beautiful! Great bed linens! Lovely amenities and love the services they provide… ie: drop off and pick up car service on the island, turndown service with macaroons on your pillow. Such lovely touches!
