The property is spectacular. Very special! But the management is terrible. Very old school without trying to help the guests. Very sad

For a resort -No entertainment available-did not have live music or a lounge type club so low on the entertainment no shows or anything like that. Beautiful reminds me of France or Italy if you like historic. Courtyard and atrium were my favorite. Guests can feel a bit like being at a country club they aren’t invited to.

Secondly, every time we needed to use our car from valet services, we waited almost a 1/2 hour. Yes, we called down repeatedly to ensure it was available, to no avail. We were told there was a lot of construction going on—Yet we could see our car in the parking lot!! There had to be at least 15 employees standing around! Very inefficiently run front entrance. The other areas at the Breaker, food services, room service, cleaning, pool waiters, and shop employees were all very attentive and professional. Front entrance staff needs to definitely get their act together!!

We have traveled a lot through the states and some in Europe and I can honestly say this is the finest luxury hotel I have ever stayed in. If you have the opportunity, you should try and book a stay there as well.

Property was excellent and well maintained with great restaurants, amazing food and drinks. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious.

Breakers allows infant in diapers in the adult pool. Nasty!

Amazing stat from start to finish! Excellent property with tons of history, impeccable service, and the amenities were so great, especially the kids’ activities for our 5 year old. We will definitely be back!

This hotel takes care of things you don’t see. BUGS, especially when it’s July, hot and muggy in Florida. The carpets in the ballrooms are new and fresh. Crystal chandeliers are sparkling. The food at each restaurant is “the best and freshest!” The rooms have luxury linens. Superior bedding so you sleep well. An elevated level of coordinating vibrant fabrics grace the upholstery throughout the hotel. The new glamorous additions to the entrance hall/courtyard add to the nostalgia of the hotel.We enjoyed all the friends we met here from all around the world. A staff awaits the next guests with such sweet enthusiasm. Listening to your words for something to make your wishes come true. The Breakers set the bar so high! I must mention The Guerlain shop and Margaret. She introduces me to all new fragrances and more. We will do more business together. On arrival a tray of very special cookies, a gorgeous Breakers handbag full of treats and a beautifully decorated 3 tier box of The Breakers chocolates were placed in our room.
