I definitely don’t recommend to anybody this hotel, my weekend got totally ruined by staying in this hotel

Elevators are a very long wait with no easy access to stairs from lobby

Had a clean, spacious room, very nice. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall a good stay over the Fourth of July!!

My family and I were always greeted by hotel staff with a smile, all different times of the day. Every one is attentive. This hotel offers delicious continental breakfast, safe parking space, 24/7 food service, free wifi. Most importantly its located near cute downtown area full of restaurants and pleasant walk parks areas, such as Trinity Park and West Palm Beach Garden. What made it extra special was that we stayed for the long 4th of july weekend , so there was plenty of events near by. I recommend this hotel for all their great commodities they provide. One small note: the bodywash dispenser was completly empty upon checking in the room. The shampoo and conditioner were also almost empty.

We always book the Hyatt when visiting WPB. Issues this trip were very minor and taken care of quickly by friendly staff. We will book the Hyatt next time.

The air conditioning was LOUD

There’s a $30/day parking fees. The parking spaces are really tight with poles next to your car on one side. There’s only one set of elevators on one end. Our room was at the other end and with luggage’s it was quite the hike. We found parking on the 2nd level which helps because you don’t have to walk all the way down the hall if you’re on the 2nd floor.

The room was cozy and clean!

It was a very nice hotel, very pleasant staff. Room was lovely. Struggled to find anything in the walkable area around the hotel, so gave up in 40 degree heat and went back to hotel and had bar snacks for a meal. Probably normal for Americans, we found it a bit weird.

I like space and location My checking time was at 12 pm and got there at 1pm I had to pay for early check in and then I had to check out early bc of family emergency I felt like it was not fair for me to charge for extra money for checking after 1 when original check in time was at 12pm
