The hotel is very clean and in a great location. However, the staff’s customer service could be improved, as the team didn’t seem very welcoming. Breakfast was good, though no one greeted guests in the food area. Water is only available for purchase, which is unusual compared to other hotels that offer complimentary bottles. The hotel has potential but would benefit from improvements in guest experience.

The entire staff was absolutely wonderful, they went out of their way to make our stay rememberable. Dean (the bartender) was fantastic!!! I would recommend staying there and the next time we're in WPB, we will stay there!!!

Great place downtown, so there is not a pool. Breakfast is great and the staff is excellent. The beach is over the small bridge.

It was easy to check in and out, very nice staff, loved the location close to a lot of things

Hyatt is a pet friendly hotel, which is what I like about them; But, the location is in downtown and we were able to hear cars going through with loud mufflers, reving it up all night. The hotel itself was very nice, but the wait for the elevators was ridiculous. Also, expect to pay for parking at this location, $30 a night.
