Hilton West Palm Beach

So, when I arrived here, @3pm, my husband stayed in the truck while I went in to see about checking in. I had made an upgrade so I could co-locate by my brother. I had to sign a document agreeing to the upgrade and increase of $50 more. Next I asked about my room and if I could check-in. I was advised no it was not ready yet. It technically was not ready until after 4pm. Then I asked about parking my truck and how tall was the clearance. I was advised that there was not parking garage and no self-parking, valet only. I was dissappointed with this. Then I asked about our luggage and if it could be kept until the room was ready and if we could go to the pool. I was advised yes. We went to the pool but it was getting caution tape wrapped around it. Again dissappointing. Next we went to the bar for a beverage and was utterly shocked at the cost for 2 pinacoladas with included tip. More than $50. Dissappointed again. From this trip I will not go back to that hotel. I prefer a Hampton Inn and more "normal" stay. Hampton Inn normally has a weekday happy hour and free breakfast, more my style.

I booked an all in exclusive of taxes and fees Room on expedia, and the property still charged me Resort fee.

The staff at the hotel were amazing. From checkin to the pool and staff around it were great. The bar staff at Galley were awesome.

I’m never disappointed with any Hilton I stay at, and the West Palm Hilton is next level! Strong work! We will definitely be staying here again. Great facility, awesome pool and friendly staff.

Excellent stay! The hotel was very clean, the customer service was outstanding, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this Hilton hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The front desk, car valet, and bellman were kind and welcoming. I was whisked off to my beautiful room, equipped with everything and more, for a relaxing nights stay. I had dinner at their restaurant beside the pool, with a bar and pizza grill. Prompt service and the most delicious smash burger and truffle fries ever!!!! I chose to checkout online, and then received my car from the valet quickly. I will definitely return!!

The room was good and clean. The staff was really friendly and accommodating as far as early check-in, late check-out, etc. The shuttle service was also super helpful. Be weary of the bar drink prices though ;)
