Very nice facilities well maintained & great location

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Alex who was phenomenal. Everything is so very clean. Everyone is so very helpful. The pool area was gorgeous. The food was amazing overall 10 out of 10 experience.

Walking distance to everything. Has good food in the on property restaurants. Smells good inside the hotel. Clean and the personnel were polite and helpful. It rained every day due to a stalled low. Hotel could not fix it. LOL FYI: Valet parking with tax included was $52.19 per night, just info not a like or dislike.

The location is great. Just 10 to 12 minutes from the airport. The hotel is across the street from stores and restaurants. There’s a nice relaxing atmosphere and the food at the Hilton is good. This was a short getaway for my husband and I 40th anniversary. There is nothing I can think of that I didn’t like.

The hotel was beautiful and the pool area was as resort style. They had plenty of food and drink options and the staff were friendly. Also, it is walking distance to a whole little shopping and food district that is very nice. However, please be aware that they charge a 50.00 per day valet charge and 40.00 per day resort fee. So add a 100.00 per day to the cost of the room. Also, the drinks and food at the resort are very pricy. All in all, a nice but expensive stay.

The staff at La Playa - Candice and Kevin were great. We also enjoyed the Galley Bar.

Heads up- they will charge you $51.12 per car per night to use there valet services. There’s no other parking choice. They won’t verbally warn you, you have to read the fine print. There’s also a $40 “destination fee” that they also disclose in fine print. Staff isn’t every helpful. The place is gorgeous but needs to inform their staff. Dinner for 2 at their resteeaunt was $158. Decent food but overpriced for sure. Wouldn’t stay again.
