Great location No blanket, just a few sheets - most people need a little weight on top of them to sleep comfortably

Very clean. Room gets cleaned/serviced every day, which I appreciate as it doesn’t seem to be the norm (at other hotels) anymore. No running out of towels or coffee in the room! Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, bean bag boards and other amenities. Have stayed here twice and will stay again.

The beds were very nice and the room was okay the food was excellent our meal was excellent in the bistro the elevator was out and I was not happy about having to pay an extra $30 to park. The clerk at the desk was not in a good attitude and not friendly

But the reason why I dont give it full stars in my review is that the Internet at the hotel didn't work before the last day. So it wasn't posssible to work from the hotel during our stay. We had to go to cafe's or other places to find wifi.

I enjoyed my stay and will be booking again next time I visit west Palm beach.

It took multiple flushes to get the toilet to drain. Additionally, soundproofing from normal hallway noise into the room was terrible. Very thin doors with little soundproofing. Front desk staff was very nice and welcoming.
