Clean rooms and bathrooms. Very modern. AC works perfectly fine. Plenty of storage space.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Walking distance to downtown nightlife and bars. Friendly helpful staff. Room was a nice size and had basically everything you may need within a kitchen. The only downside for me were the limited parking options. 45.00 per day seem like a lot for a short stay if you are driving in. The elevator in the parking garage is your best option to get around the hotel and to your room because the ones in the lobby took forever

Amazing hotel. The staff made us feel right at home from the moment of check in. The rooms were nice and clean, the market was plus right downstairs and your resort fee included $15 of stuff a day from there. And the hotel is in a fantastic location…3 minutes drive from the beach, few minutes walk to city place. Will be going back!

Very clean spacious room. Quiet.

Missing jacuzzi. The parking fees are ridiculously pricey and some of items of restaurant as well. I love the Fourth of July event the sliders were delicious. Thank you Brian Paris and Mikaela for exceptional customer service.

Nice hotel. Good food and nice pool. Bed was super hard, and “couch” was even worse. Otherwise room and bathroom were nice. Reserved a room specifically marked as ocean view and it was not. Additionally while all rooms at the hotel have balconies, this one only had a door with a railing against it. This should be noted in the info for the 3 rooms like that.

Wish there were more pool chairs but it was an amazing hotel we had a great stay the cafe downstairs was great staff was friendly and helpful

What an amazing property! Fantastic location - walkable to downtown, close to shops and restaurants as well as the inter-coast. You can even ride bikes to the beach. The staff was remarkable - they went above and beyond with all our requests. Don't hesitate to book.

This was our 2nd time staying at the AKA and we absolutely love this hotel! The staff is amazing and the whole resort is spotless! Very clean hotel. We can’t wait to go back!

Loved that the property had beautiful location and close to everywhere I wanted to go. Food and drinks at the the blind monk were amazing.
