Hotel AKA West Palm

Nowhere on their website does it share that it's mandatory valet and they're going to charge you to park it there on top of what the room cost... Hallways are very plain looks like you're walking in an old fashioned apartment building. Felt like I was sleeping in a kitchen because there's a kitchen right next to a bed that folds out of the wall like a Murphy bed so as you're laying there you're hearing the buzz of the compressor of the refrigerator right next to your head. The floor is completely bare hard floors no carpeting whatsoever had to lay all towel and rag that I could find all over the floor so I wasn't walking around on a cold hard floor. Once they take your car and they park it in a gated area that you have no access to, you have to have them get your car every time you need something out of it. This is completely and utterly ridiculous... So you better make sure that you grab all your stuff before you get out of your car because it's going to be a pain in the ... to pick anything up. Would never recommend it to anybody will never go back ever! This was the worst hotel stay of my life and I've been in some real crappy places and I would take them any day over this place....

Horrible experience

Very nice and clean hotel

The hotel itself is very clean and modern, modular European style. The lobby area is a little awkward and cramped but the staff are friendly and pleasant. Hotel grounds and pool area are beautifully landscaped. The room was a small fully equipped studio apartment with washer/dryer a fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker. Luxury bathrobes in the bathroom and the toiletries were amazing, I wish I could purchase them to take home! The bedding was very soft and comfortable but the bed was placed up against the wall so it was awkward getting in and out of bed. There were no bedside lamps so I had to use my phone light to read at night. The windows are floor to ceiling in the bedroom and bathroom but you can see directly into the rooms of the buildings next door and likewise they could look at us so we kept the blinds closed most of the time for privacy. Overall good hotel, would stay here again.

This was my first time visiting West Palm Beach, and I came for a job interview. I decided to stay at AKA West Palm, and I’m so glad I did! 10/10 for the customer service, amenities, and cleanliness. The staff was wonderful, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Great for couples. Stayed for a week and we loved the restaurants nearby (Garden Butcher and Skinny Louie’s are a hit), it’s very walkable, and the amenities included with the hotel were fantastic — my favorite was a washer/dryer in the room! Super close to Midtown Beach, water is super warm. Lovely time all around and would book again!

It was such a great experience very smooth check in and out. All amenties and very attentive

The front desk staff was Amazing. From the time we arrived to when we left. They were very pleasant and attentive to our needs. The hotel smelled very good and the place was so clean. We received many special extra credits to use towards the bar and restaurant, or the beautiful market that was attached to the hotel. The food there was amazing. Over all we will for sure stay here every time we come back to West Palm beach.

First it is new. Location. The view from balcony and windows. The elevators are very slow. It was much faster to go up and down using the stairwell. The pool is a little small.
