Hotel AKA West Palm

It was a great experience we will go back to this hotel when we need to stop at WPB again!

The hotel was super nice and located in a great spot! the staff was friendly and super helpful. They had a shuttle that would pick you up and drop you off anywhere within a 2 mile radius which was so helpful for exploring! The restaurant and market on the ground floor were great as well.

Front desk staff was notably and memorably helpful, polite, professional and smiley

Parking too much at $45 a night

Rooms were good pool was great the parking fee was not necessary to impress for future returns

They told us there was a $45 credit which turned out that we had to spend that money at their stores and shops. This wasn’t made very obvious and we thought we could put the credit towards parking which is $45 a day. Location was a little bit out of the mix for downtown West Palm, and also the city place. The room was clean. The pool was nice.

We traveled as a family of 4 and were looking for a nice hotel with a full kitchen. We are so happy to have found Hotel AKA. It was clean and had all the necessary items to cook healthy meals.

Great property. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with living area and kitchen. Nespresso. Coffee machine was great. Great location walkable to the intercostal, restaurants and bars.

He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that I had everything I needed for a great stay. It’s clear he takes pride in creating an excellent guest experience. I highly recommend AKA, and Brad is a big reason why I’ll be happy to stay here again!
