The lady at the front desk didn't greet me she stood there away from the desk sitting in the corner until I said..he I have a confirmed room I need to be checked in..

Location Too many cockroaches

Yes Nothing work the shower wasnt working and it had roaches

Always nice and clean, the customer service is always excellent. A better cart to transfer luggage.

There rooms are infested with roaches

Woke up to roaches. One tried to climb into bed with me!!

Badly stained bathtub. I didn't bathe until I reached home. I only took a wipe off in the sink.

Multiple people hanging outside their rooms, drunk and smoking weed. The whole hotel smelled like skunk from Marijuana usage!

Like the location and affordability

Pool closed room smelled no internet phone didn’t work 2 thin pillows no choice of snacks or beverages no wake up call insufficient comforter on bed

It was a good value compared to everyplace around the area.

Nothing It was extremely dirty with blankets that had cigarettes holes in them and the smell was horrible absolutely horrible. It kept me from sleeping. No exaggeration

Location Noise in adjacent rooms, a few bugs (roaches), property main phone number is never answered regardless of time, and price is too high for this time of year.

The location I didn’t like that the pool was closed both times
