Breakfast was good.

The place was very clean. The breakfast was OK. The staff was very helpful. The Front Desk goes out of their way to help people. I really liked the rooms were spotless. We had extra stuff the shampoo and the conditioner is amazing. I will definitely buy at home. We will be back.

Everything was satisfactory. Except I had to pay for bottled water.

Tip container at buffet (never seen that at any other hotel). Floor above did not have carpet and I could hear a lady walking in heels making noise. Front staff chatting unprofessionally. Not very welcoming feeling. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

It had everything I wanted and needed. The staff was super helpful in getting my tablet to access the internet. The room was quiet and clean and well designed. The elevators were very prompt. Breakfast was ok but nothing special - no fresh fruit and only 1 waffle maker.

When I checked in, my room entryway tile floor was sticky and you could see that something had been spilled by the refrigerator. The staff was quick to have someone come to my room and mop. Hotel was quiet and enjoyable. Breakfast staff was great and all the staff was very friendly.

And the refrigerator was not working properly The location and the staff is very kind. Did send a cleaning lady in to clean the bathroom? But that didn't help another room was not offered.
