Ruth ruined our trip and my thoughts of the Hilton brand. She was rude, condescending, and blamed me after she made several mistakes. A mistake that had 2 seperate people try to clear out our room. I was literally on the phone with customer service at maybe 1 or 2 in the morning to see if they could help us. They didn't. I would go on, but Ruth is not worth my peace.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden for a work trip and leisure. I had an issue with the pricing for the leisure part of my trip and the two ladies at the front desk were very helpful and patient. They took care of the issue. Would definitely stay again.
