Embassy Suites by Hilton Palm Beach Gardens PGA Boulevard

Traveled with my two children and we enjoyed our stay. Staff were polite and friendly. They were helpful with any questions or concerns. My kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was good! The lobby is beautiful/nice for pictures. The suite was spacious but the bathroom was too small and could use some updating/more modern look. Overall great place to stay, will be staying here again in the future.

The property is in the center of everything I like the property

The carpet was disgusting dirty, and I had to ask for clean sheets because of an unknown stain on the bed. I waited 3 hours and had to ask the front desk twice. There were no paper cups in the bathroom and only 3 towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The worst part that was the people on the floor over top of us were banging around half the night, and also something was wrong with the a/c because every time it turned off, it sounded like a loud bang. Kept us awake most of the night. I contacted the front desk and the only thing they did was offer us a number to call and complain. I recorded the noise and showed the clerk at check-out and she said it sounded like a gunshot. This was off and on all night! Every time the a/c stopped. WE GOT NO SLEEP. So much for a relaxing vacation. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Breakfast Excellent! Chef awesome and staff hard working. Happy hour snacks fair, no crackers with cheese. Cheese was very dry tasting and bland. Drinks subpar, Bartender seemed to want to be somewhere else, no smile or warm greeting.

Breakfast was great but as far as the room I couldn’t get in my room at time of check in cause they didn’t have any clean rooms and when I entered the room there was trash under sofa the vent in the bathroom didn’t work so every time we showered everything was wet clothes and toilet paper so for Three days me and my wife and kids had to deal with that situation even when we asked for another room they refused we drove from Louisiana to Palm Beach Florida to stay in a very uncomfortable room SO NO I DIDN’T ENJOY MY STAY AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE I KNOW TO STAY THERE

You are understaffed and your front office staff need training. It was a very, very unpleasant stay. Your breakfast is very nice.

There was no housekeeping during our 5 day stay. We had to call front desk to get towels and get trash out. Very few staff members actually acknowledged guests or cared to even say hello. Only a few housekeepers were nice and friendly. Food was ok at best.

The staff was quick to respond with extra towels & any questions. I loved the text communication! Loved the free breakfast & complimentary drinks & hors de' oeuvres.

With three of us we only had the opportunity to stay in the handicap room (only available space remaining). When taking a shower the water would ran all on the floor. We would stay again just not in that room.

Happy hour and breakfast were great!

The Embassy Suites was such a beautiful hotel! It had a great breakfast bar with an omelet station that was freshly made! My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful cocktail at the bar and got to enjoy the views of the hotel. The staff was amazing and we are very thankful for them! My husband left a very expensive speaker by mistake and we contacted DJ and he immediately jumped on it. The speaker was waiting on us when we arrived from our cruise. Thank you, Team Embassy!

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the common areas appeared clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the condition of our room was very different. The bathroom was noticeably dirty, with hair and stains on the tile walls. The towels looked worn and stained, and the shower curtain was also dirty. The carpet in the room appeared very dirty as well, making the overall experience unpleasant. In addition, the ice room located next to our room had trash on the floor during our entire stay. It remained there the whole time, which gave the impression that the area was not being checked or cleaned regularly. I have always had good experiences at Embassy Suites, which is why this stay was especially disappointing. I hope management addresses these housekeeping issues so future guests can enjoy the quality I have come to expect from this brand.
