Embassy Suites by Hilton Palm Beach Gardens PGA Boulevard

The room and hotel are clean, the staff is very accommodating, and the breakfast is great. An added bonus is the happy hour. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when we come back to WPB.

The carpet was completely dirty, very dirty with syrup in the carpet and it got my feet sticky. It looked like the filter of the air conditioner wasn’t changed and we coughed a lot because of it. The tv wasn’t working the night before we checked out. The front staff was also rude and unfriendly at times.

Everything was amazing like always only complaint I have is when I went downstairs for the manager special at 5 PM the guy that was serving the drinks acted as if he did not want to serve me and my friends totally dissatisfying. Other than that, we had an amazing time. Can’t wait to do it again.

We stayed in a hypoallergenic room that appeared it had been recently updated. However, The bed left a lot to be desired. It was a bit too firm and the pillows were all flat. Not the best sleep.

Beautiful lobby that has natural plants. The hotel smells clean especially when walking to the room. We had a connecting room with a king bed and it was perfect for 2 parents and 2 kids because the connecting room was a little living room area where the couch opened into an extra bed. The pool was clean and the hot tub was relaxing. The included breakfast was fresh and had many options, not your typical continental. Overall I’d stay here again and it was definitely a great deal.

Nice facility and thankful for evening reception w/food. Was provided free drink coupons - great!!! Bartenders were great. Bed wasn’t very comfortable though.

The lobby is very beautiful with waterfalls and a bridge. There were a lot of kids there for little league so the pool was too crowded. Even though there were so many kids, our room was very quiet and we were only on the fourth floor. I would stay again.

I appreciated that the Hilton rewards customer service mentioned they could fix the bathroom light but for a two night stay I did not bother to ask. Some good things were the breakfast service, the cleanliness, and the free snacks and alcoholic drinks in the afternoon. However, coffee or tea were not available at the lobby during the rest of the day

We had a wonderful stay & would like to thank the front staff for being so welcoming & helpful-Especially Damian-Super nice & helpful! Excellent breakfast & very convenient! Room was very clean & comfortable! We’ll be back!
