All staff were very accommodating and helpful. Check in process easy. room was clean and comfortable. Environment was relaxing and quiet.

Only there one night but everything was amazing. Will definitely stay there again. The most friendly and helpful staff. Room was beautiful and comfortable.

Great stay

Staff was very helpful. Was so nice to have the bed made daily, The breakfast was a great start to day. Location was close to mine. Will book again on my next visit. Special thanks to Patti the bartender, had a great conversation with her, very helpful.

My stay at Doubletree with my two sons was far by the best trip ever!From the fronkdesk to the room service staff,to the restaurant/bar staff,even the breakfast and shuttle staff!Huge shout out to Robert the breakfast host,Althea at the front desk and Ross the shuttle driver!They made our stay so comfortable and went beyond their duties to accommodate us!Thank you all so much and I really appreciate it!Many thanks from Sherell and her two boys from The Bahamas all the way from Abaco!

Liz at the front desk has been amazing. She is incredibly professional, always greets me with a smile, and goes above and beyond to help with anything I need. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care make the experience so great that you truly want to come back just because of the level of service she provides. She makes guests feel welcomed and valued. Karla, the head of housekeeping, is also exceptional. She makes sure everything is impeccable and is always available if you need anything. Her attention to detail and dedication are truly appreciated. Victor from the engineering team has also been wonderful and helpful. It's clear that this hotel has a team of people who genuinely care about their guests. My room was beautiful, with a great view, and the quiet area was exactly what I needed. I'm truly grateful for the staff and the hospitality I've experienced here. Thank you for making my stays so comfortable and enjoyable. I look forward to returning again.

The room was clean Liz front desk was great

Staff all around are great in all areas. Food choices not so great. In one area, coffee was free though in another it cost $2 ???? Had dinner 2 nights, do not recommend and breakfast for 20 is just a glorified version of what you get other places for free. I hear they are upping the ante on bar and restaurants, so we’ll see what they do. While housekeeping had rooms clean and tidy, they need management to fix some of the obviously older aspects of the property Not a bad place to stay (upgrades needed in some areas) and very convenient to highway, but, very convenient to highway 😊

Excellent staff

The general manager and restaurant manager went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The room I had the first night had an issue with the AC. The manager offered a free night. But, I said it was not necessary, so he complimented me the breakfast both days.

Old not updates changes room twice both toilets broken

Room was very clean. the staff in the front desk were very helpful.

La propiedad necesita mucho mantenimiento. Las alfombras de los pasillos, el ascensor, las puertas y sofá de los dormitorios están deteriorados. No parece un hotel Hilton. El balcón estaba lleno de polvo y los muebles viejos. Podrían mejorar mucho con un poco más de inversión. El parqueo tiene un costo extra también. Solo el lobby es bonito.
