Doubletree By Hilton - Palm Beach Gardens

The employees at the reception were attentive and very helpful. The hotel and room were clean. Would stay again if I had to overnight in the area.

Everyone was very polite and willing to help in anyway. The gentle man in the restaurant in the morning for breakfast was AWESOME he went way above to make our great breakfast great!! He made our morning and set our day off right. Need more people in this world like him!

The staff is absolutely fabulous

The room was clean and comfortable, the shower pressure could’ve been a little stronger. Breakfast was okay for a buffet style.

I wish the property would let us know prior to check in. The staff was great and very accommodating. I love the location and look forward to see a remodeled hotel as it needs it.

Spacious and clean

My room smelled like mildew. I hate that old carpet smell. The room was super stale without the AC running. Cookies were good, the poolside bar is cool but the fitness room was tiny.

Breakfast was good, facility was vear clean I feel because we booked through Trivago / Booking .com we was place in the old building. there was dead bugs in the bathroon, which might account for the terribble odor, maybe bug killer? Not sure but the roon stuck. I love Doubletree's but I will think trice before staying in another.

Overall wouldve been a normal good stay but sadly the system was down (noones fault) but it didny help the experience. No wifi in an area with no good signals so even being on my phone was a hassle. Also means no working tv to use for entertainment. Add construction noises in the morning and it was work to get some tranquility. Aside from that, solid stay but i wish these issues were happening when i wasnt visiting.great welcoming employees doing their best with the situation.

Clean room

Very outdated hotel all around(rooms, lobby, elevators hallways etc). Said they’re under construction but don’t see that. Needs it very much. At night felt unsafe walking from pkg lot to lobby and to the 2nd bldg where my room was located. Also they allowed food deliverers past lobby up to rooms without showing any id or anything. Very unsafe!!! Guests should come to lobby to get their food orders!!!!

The best part was the front desk staff, they were all extremely accommodating. I would consider staying again

Clean , spacious, great amenities good location

Hotel is under renovation, it was less expensive than nearby options (maybe due to renovation) Pool was closed most days I was there, very green color. I swam in it one day and was assured it was safe, then it was closed for the rest of my stay Despite renovation room was clean and quiet Was surprised about $15 per night parking fee
