Doubletree By Hilton - Palm Beach Gardens

The air quality was so poor that we had to leave the sliding door open just to make the room tolerable. Throughout the night I experienced sneezing and coughing, and by the time we drove home I had severe sinus congestion and continued coughing and sneezing. I left feeling like I couldn’t breathe. The online photos are very misleading and do not reflect the current condition of the property. The rooms are in desperate need of renovation

Front desk personnel Elizabeth was very accommodating. Robert in the dining hall was also very attentive. I will definitely book there again.

Staff was excellent, room was small and not the one I booked. The shower wasn't great the spitter which makes the shower come on wouldn't go all the way, so partial pressure. The undersheets on the bed looked like the stuffing was burnt from the heat.. the fridge wasn't cold. When it rains the cable goes out, so no TV for hours there. Pool is small for size of hotel.

Clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was expensive!

Everything was Excellent .

We stayed for a few nights, staff was pleasant and helpful. The beds were soft and very comfortable. I didn’t have a chance to check out the amenities this time but will next time. Very close to stores and shopping. Only gave 4 stars because it smelled like someone had thrown up when I got off the elevator but other than that it was a great stay. Will visit again

The balcony was near impossible to sit out on, sort of disappointed in that, but overall it was good

Centrally located area for my needs. I would definitely stay there again. Only issue for me was it listed complimentary breakfast but that was not offered. Also, when I called hotel to ask if there was shuttle/driver services I was told no, but there is a van with the hotel that will take you places if needed and also to airport if it’s within their working hours.

Consistently excellent 👏 great location - near amazing shopping and dining options & (for those Tesla owners like me) there's a Tesla Supercharger literally as you step outside the hotel - Doubletree can't be beat

The front desk staff was very helpful. The room was fine. The only, very minor, item that could use improvement was the placement of the coffee maker. It was in a recess in the dresser and on a very short electrical cord. This made the direction for use hard to read. I had to use the flashlight on my cell phone to read the directions.

The staff were truly some of the most amazing people I’ve encountered, and their kindness and professionalism stood out. However, I was disappointed with the hotel itself, as the cleanliness did not meet the standard I’m accustomed to. I regularly stay at the Deerfield location and always have an excellent experience, so this was unexpected.Additionally, there did not appear to be enough staff, and the lack of room service is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. While the team members on site were wonderful, the overall service offering fell short.

The staff is outstanding!! We left behind an important item that we needed to complete the rest of our vacation, didn’t realize we left it behind until we were already on the Gulf coast for the rest of our vacation. I immediately contacted the front desk, they and housekeeping were able to locate the item and package up for us. I emailed a fed ex label for shipping and contacted Fed Ex for a pickup and overnight delivery !!! Thank you to everyone at Doubletree that made it easy to get our lost item returned to us.

The staff were communicative and amazing. My flight was significantly delayed and they held my room for meand checked in on me. The hot tub and pool were so nice. My favorite was the lounge bar. Good food and good drinks.
