Great location too, in walking distance to upscale shopping and dining. Chilled water in the lobby was so refreshing and kept us well hydrated.

Internet TV was inoperable for some reason. Laggy and buffering. Engineer came up right away, rebooted the TV and checked their IT room. Ultimately it was never resolved but I appreciated the efforts. Everything else was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Paseo. The hotel has a beautiful, upscale atmosphere, and the rooms are stylish, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary valet parking was a great touch. The only disappointment was the pool temperature. In the extreme late July heat, the water was much too warm to be refreshing. When it’s that hot outside, a cooler pool would make a big difference.

Amazing resort close to home lots of things to do around the hotel spa and pool are great add-ons to the hotel.

I loved the location! The rooms are great! That the bar at the pool closed at 5pm and the restaurant had a private event! That was a little inconvenient.

Always an amazing stay at Hotel Paseo. Only hotel I stay at when I visit Palm Springs!!!! Larkspur Grill never disappoints with the beverages, food, and live entertainment!!!!

They gave me a handicap room which I didn't like.
