Everything was good ,except a 30 dollar a night parking charge for every vehicle you have on the property.

I had an amazing time at this place ,this place is family friendly . I love the activities they have on a daily basis and the different pool areas and the offers that they provide❤️ definitely coming back

We called housekeeping with no response. No luck to reach them , we wanted to report those issues and to get extra blanket With no luck

Everything was consistent with our other stays; we have been there many times. Unfortunately, the demographics have changed quite a bit and the level of respect between visitors and between the guests and the property has dropped significantly. They play loud music, leave a lot of trash behind when they leave and are a rowdier crowd. Felt like I was in East L.A. Not good. I would recommend a Mon-Thursday stay.

Staff was extremely helpful

The stay was great! The only reason I didn't give it a 5/5 was because if the lack of communication at check in. I checked in and the clerk said that she'd text me when my room was ready. I waited and waited watching others go into their room with luggage. I called and she finally gave me my room number.

They didn’t have any water stations on the floor. The only water that was available was in the pool area that closed at a certain time

From the moment we arrived, the service at check-in was wonderful. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and made us feel comfortable right away. We also had excellent service at the Snake Bites Pool Bar. The bar staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and provided great service, which made our time by the pool even more enjoyable. I also absolutely loved the text message communication service offered by the resort. It was so convenient to be able to communicate directly with the hotel by text whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Responses were helpful and made everything much easier throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we did experience an issue involving the pool that was disappointing and affected part of our family experience. However, I truly appreciated that management listened to our concerns and made an effort to accommodate us. Danielle, the Front Desk Supervisor, was especially understanding and helpful and extended a 12:00 PM late checkout for our full two-bedroom villa. Despite the unfortunate pool situation, there were many things we really enjoyed about our stay. The friendly staff, great service, beautiful resort, and convenient communication really stood out. Thank you to Danielle and the entire Marriott’s Shadow Ridge team for making the effort to ensure we still left with a positive experience.

We liked the pools . My kids enjoyed it very much.

Love the location of our room in proximity to the Snake Bites pool. The villa is a perfect size for our family of 3. The villa also has all things needed for potentially longer stays including a full-size kitchen & washer & dryer. The daily parking rate is too expensive

We love coming here! We had an amazing time, spent the day at the pool. Has food and drinks delivered to us poolside, only downside was there was a lot of birds and it was hard to enjoy our food being surrounded and trying to keep them away.
