My family and I have been coming here for the past eight years and we love it! The most challenging thing about this place is when we are having to leave.
-
Second time staying here with family and we loved it .
-
The best place to vacation rooms amazing pools great lots of fun or kids n families
-
We’d love this part pretty been staying here for many years family tradition. it was great to watch the World Cup on the big screen during the day.

Pretty grounds, well-designed room, good price. "Giuseppe's" - the Italian restaurant on the campus - was excellent and friendly. A huge place like that and they still want $30 to park? It all felt very corporate and cold. Bad signage. We drove around a while just trying to find where to check in. When we did, we approached the front desk and were greeted with harsh, vague orders to "do something" we didn't understand. It turned out we needed to wait behind a line forty feet back from the front desk even though there were only two or three people ahead of us. I've been in a million hotels and I've never seen anything like that before.

This year we had an extended stay. I love how everything is there for you. You just have to bring your own food. You really don’t have to leave the resort. Anytime we needed extra towels, blankets etc They were very quick to cater to us. Truly love this resort.

Room and property were clean.

The pools and dining were the best part. Coming into my room it smelled old, the bathroom cabinets and wall looked runned down. I took a shower and upon getting my towel I see 2 dark stains on it. Left the room after that,I couldnt sleep after seeing that. I did message staff and sent pictures and just got told if I wanted new towels and they'll talk to housekeeping tomorrow. Honestly I expected this to be a lil more nicer and well taken care of since it's Marriott.

The staff is always nice and friendly. Always a good time with friends and family at the pool. I rented a one room villa and it was perfect The location of my room. I called a couple of days previously prior to my stay and requested a floor room due to my mom using a cane/ walker and ended up on 2nd floor instead

The rooms were maintained but you can tell it’s been through some years. Lots of parking but it goes pretty quickly midday. The staff aren’t the greatest, poor customer service skills not very accommodating but that’s usually always the case with Marriot.
-
The property was nice overall, but the pool wasn’t clean, and we were disappointed with that.
-
The kids likes the mini golf and the ponds and of course the pool and splash pads. In the afternoon the pools are packed and have a club vibe with the thumping music that starts in the morning.
-
Great resort! Great experience.
-
I liked the amenities such as the pool area. They had multiple pools. I was not happy about the room size and not having a full functioning kitchen with an oven. My room was adjacent by the elevator, so you can imagine the noise of people coming and going.
-
Everything was super clean and all the staff was nice
-
And they have nothing to tell me what to contact the third-party which was Expedia so basically they wash her hands didn’t resolve anything at the moment! Too expensive for what I got
-
Bad hotel, bad service, won't go back there again Bad hotel, bad service, won't go back there again
