Hampton Inn & Suites Palm Desert

Very upset, two nights in a row, lots of stomping and banging on our door, as if someone was trying to come in did not sleep well never will return to this facility The representative was checking on the issue saying kids got in again

Stay was okay. Arrived 2 hours early, room was ready but had to pay extra to get in. Not great customer service. Will look elsewhere next time.

This is my 3rd time we stayed in Hampton INN but different locations. And all of them are the same. Properties are all clean, staff were very friendly and respectful. Breakfast is good. And with free parking. We will Always stay in Hampton Inn or other hilton hotel because of their reputation and we always had good experiences.

Clean room bed was great and the pillows were to. Breakfast was good plenty of options good coffee. Quiet room everything worked tv shower lights etc

Great stay.. a little disappointed there was no bacon or sausage on the buffet .. that’s my favorite but all else was great!!

The hotel is cozy and clean. The stuff was helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast there & the kids spent time swimming at the pool although it wasn't a big pool but our stay was good overall :)

Staff was both personable and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast food selection was wonderful. There was definitely something for everyone.

We stayed for one night because we had tickets to a concert at the local Arena that night. The Hotel is about 1.4 miles from the Venue. The Hotel was clean, quiet and up to date. The room was equally modern, clean and up to date. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. They have a coffee selection in the lobby as well as water. They also put out cookies in the evening and had some fruit too. A shout out to Nicholas who checked us in. He was very nice and and helpful. We took a quick and inexpensive Uber ride to the concert Venue and decided to walk back to the Hotel afterwards. There were a lot of people walking and it’s a nice walk back. The Highway Patrol is directing traffic and controlling the traffic lights. The Hotel hot & cold breakfast in the morning was included had a great selection to satisfy anyone’s appetite. The ladies working the kitchen/buffet were keeping everything replenished and offered a nice greeting and smile. I also need to mention that there are plenty of food options within walking distance. I also appreciated the free parking and non resort fees! lol….If we go back to Palm Desert for another concert or event….we will definitely stay here again. 👍

Facility could use an upgrade and remodel. Room could be cleaner. Sheet was barely on the bed…looked too small. Breakfast was fine…same as other hotels but no gluten free options. It’s pretty easy to have a single package Udi gluten-free bagel available. Arrived at 2 o’clock and was informed in a not very nice manner that there are no check-ins until 3 o’clock. Other people were waiting in the lobby. Usually a hotel will see if any rooms are available and let you in a little early if so. The staff when we returned later were nicer. Air conditioner was super loud and rattled all night. Would choose a different hotel next time.

Check in was easy, room was clean and convenient. The buffet breakfast was better than many others I’ve had, and staff were friendly and helpful.

Did not partake in the breakfast so I have no opinion on ammenities.
