Great experience and great staff

Would stay again :)

The facility was under construction and I port condition. The hotel should not be open.

This property is under construction. No mention was made when I booked. No AC, no restaurant, no lounge. Gym had no water. Elevators had blankets up on the wall. All the things I booked this particular hotel for were not available. I would like some compensation in return for what I had to put up with for three nights

I probably wouldn't have stayed if I knew they were under remodel. The pool was closed, as well as their kitchen area. The room we stayed in was recently remodeled, and that was very nice. They made the best of our stay, but my favorite amenities were inactive.
-
The property was under construction so we had to walk next door for the pool and there was no breakfast
-
Nice hotel, its under construction though. Sometime next year it will be great with all new amenities.

El personal fue muy atento y amable. Fuera de la remodelación todo bien con la propiedad

I was misled about how much construction work was going on. Was not a good value.
-
Going through a remodel of all common areas, but even our room had issues of broken pieces. Nice clean bed and shower but I would expect heavier discounting to stay here while everything is ripped up. Disappointed
-
Property is under construction and lobby, pool, restaurant were not available. Bath towel in my room was stained.

We went to Palm Springs for a conference. This was a very adorable option. The beds were comfortable.

The property is nice and clean. They have a nice breakfast. The pool was heated. And it’s well maintained.
-
The hotel is very new and there is still work to be done. The staff is super helpful and friendly. This promises to be a great experience, once all construction has been completed. We will surely be back and can't wait to use the pool and other amenities.

Newly remodeled room. Staff was friendly and helpful!
-
I didn’t like the remodeling going on, I should have been informed at booking that the hotel was in a remodel mode!
-
