Courtyard by Marriott Palm Desert

We went to Palm Springs for a conference. This was a very adorable option. The beds were comfortable.

The property is nice and clean. They have a nice breakfast. The pool was heated. And it’s well maintained.

The hotel is very new and there is still work to be done. The staff is super helpful and friendly. This promises to be a great experience, once all construction has been completed. We will surely be back and can't wait to use the pool and other amenities.

Understand the hotel going through remodeling. However the lobby was hot been to two rooms water looked dirty and has a little pest problem in my room

Unknown to us there was a lot of construction work being done in the hotel. There were a lot of areas sectioned off with plastic and you can see the mess, workers everywhere. The noise started about 8-9am and so loud on the floor above us that we left early. Was really hoping to have a nice getaway to relax.

I am a repeat customer due to the location (quick access from the I-10), pleasant staff, cleanliness, restaurant next door and cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Renovation in progress so things are a little noisy..

The property is under renovation. I got a renovated room which was great! Elevators, halls, are in need of maintenance. The staff was very friendly, professional & efficient which I appreciate because there was no a/c in the lobby so the faster they worked, the better!

It was never mentioned that there was construction going on in the restaurant and there was no breakfast felt very misleading

Lobby air conditioning was broken and bar and restaurant were under construction. We chose this hotel for the breakfast and bar. It would have been nice to be notified. Waited 30 minutes in 90 degree heat to check in. The room was very tired, baseboards were missing and chips of paint on the floor. The mirrored wardrobe door was broken. The carpet and couch was dirty. Harsh smell of deodorizer. Air conditioner in bedroom was extremely loud. The suite was rundown and dirty and we left as soon as possible the next day. The TV was tinted purple. Wires exposed at TV mount. Living area was three love seats, no coffee table or any table.

It was close to where we needed to be. There was no breakfast, no coffee in the lobby, no real amenities at all! Very disappointing overall because we have stayed here numerous times before.

The guy who worked Sunday was great as well. I failed to get his name. It was extremely hot that day, but your staff made the trip enjoyable.

It was fine, clean. Really only used it to sleep at during a nearby conference.
