I love this hotel very friendly and helpful staff, rooms are very nice and have everything I need such as large refrigerator

Great bed and linens. Toilet was extremely low. Toilet seat was almost off. It had to be tightened.

The room looked clean but it wasn’t the carpet was discussing and the room had a old smell I’ve stayed there before and had a different experience but this time it wasn’t good

Plenty of parking, quiet and safe location

The property grounds are very dirty and need to be power washed. The pool area was also dirty. The umbrellas were covered in dirt. The surrounding area was covered in dirt and when you walk with wet feet, it created mud everywhere. The pool loungers were nice but dirty. The other pool furniture, the rattan chairs and such need to be thrown away. They are all broken and make the area look rundown. The whole pool area needs to be cleaned. The staff is always nice but we were really disappointed in our stay. We ended up leaving at 1:00 am because I couldn’t sleep there another night because I kept getting bit by something in our room. I will say, it was NOT bed bugs because I checked the bed extensively but something did bite me several times on our first night and then again on our “would be second” so we left.

Love this hotel. From the breakfast to the clean rooms and the large pool, it’s a great place to stay!

Disgusting property! The pool area was filthy. No one maintained it. There was trash and towels that were never cleaned. Furniture was falling apart. Trash was never picked up in over 3 days. Bandaids on the pool that were never cleared. The breakfast was not the same as other Residence Inns. It was a disgusting place to be. Do not take you your family here. I do not recommend.

The staff has always been pleasant and accommodating, the rooms are clean and well kept, the grounds are well maintained and amenities are very nice. A breakfast buffet is definitely a plus.

Heather and Aurora are awesome. Kind considerate and attentive. The hotel room had some bugs flying around but otherwise relatively clean. The gym could use an equipment upgrade or some fixes on bike pedals and other equipment

Clean room with full size fridge and freezer. Great for traveling with an ice chest. Also felt the parking lot was safe with all out luggage inside.

Guests used the bbq area to cook in the afternoon and the dirty bbq utensils were left out uncleaned well into the next morning. The bbq area was also left as a mess. The room was also worn. The chairs in the dining area were peeling and we were missing one chair. The couch had an old wet stain (spilled ice cream?!?) that was not cleaned up and there were no linens available for the sofa couch. We’d have to call the front desk to deliver them. Pot and pan had the black non-stick coating well scratched. Otherwise, the lobby breakfast area seemed to be well maintained and kept clean during breakfast hours. Food was also on par with other Residence Inn locations we’ve been - freshness, restock, quality, and quantity- all pretty consistent . I’d much prefer to try another hotel in the area before coming back to this one.
