We love staying at The Jazz. It is such an intimate boutique hotel where we can relax in an amazing setting. The beds are really comfortable, patios are a great perk and the pool is very well maintained. We like everything about it!!

Everything about this hotel is lovely. I enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi, the kitchenette, the room with a private patio. The softest pool towels ever! It was perfect. Everything I needed for a little R&R. Staff was responsive if anything was needed. Will definitely be back!

The only things I’d suggest improving are a few of the lights that didn’t work and adding blackout curtains. Other than that, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel is on the north end of town, but it only took around ten minutes to get downtown for restaurants, etc. Not so good: The GFCI outlet for the in-room Keurig kept popping off and had to be reset. And, it's kind of unsettling to not have any staff on site. Our room was very hot and we notified through Hotels.com messaging, and the host replied quickly and offered to move us which was nice. There was only one nightstand in the room, the other was a makeshift table that had a top that was loose and only about the size of a salad plate. No outlets on that side of the bed either. The small table in the kitchenette was adequate but wobbly. Another issue was with the spa. It was not well maintained at all. It was full of leaves and cold/unheated the first night. I notified the host, who said it would be turned on, but it was not; that night it remained col. Overall, I'm not sure we'd stay here again. Not that it was bad, it just wasn't all that great. But it could be so hopefully the host will do some maintenance on the place and get that spa running.

This boutique hotel needs to be renamed JACKPOT! Seriously, the owner’s have achieved design perfection. After entering the security code, we walked into an courtyard oasis. A beautiful pool sat in the center of 12 rooms with an incredible view of the mountains and palm trees swaying in the breeze. Our room was already cooled as we opened the door. The linens, the art, the furnishings were….well, perfect! Whoever designed these rooms must be a master of design. Each room has a private patio too. We ate sushi and drank wine while we danced there. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention all the other amenities- a jacuzzi spa, a lounge/bar with glassware, ice, and breakfast snacks, a fitness room, and cruiser bikes to borrow. We could stay here for a week, but our road trip only allowed for a day. Please book a stay here if you are in the area! We have no doubt you’ll love it as much as we did!

The hotel is in a quiet cul de sac, it's super clean with a great lounge area. It's super cute!

My husband stayed in the room for work purposes he really liked it it was quiet it was clean he felt safe and he'll definitely stay again we didn't give the staff a higher rating because everything was done basically digitally so there was no dealing with the stuff

I love it all-my second stay. Super cozy and quiet. Comfortable bed and has everything you need

The only downside is that after about 5:00 p.m. there isn’t any staff on-site. That can become an issue if you have loud neighbors or people using the pool after hours. Since the pool is located directly outside every room, any noise carries easily. Unfortunately, during my stay, a group of travelers became heavily intoxicated, played loud music, and made a lot of noise until around 2:00 a.m. With no on-site staff or number to call for assistance, I ended up calling the police, and they handled the situation quickly. Despite that experience, I would still recommend this place. The property itself is clean, modern, and enjoyable. If they added an after-hours contact or some form of on-site security, it would make the experience even better.

I’ve stayed at the Jazz hotel on more than several occasions now and finally had a chance to give the pool and jacuzzi a try, and it was an excellent experience! The entire property is kept remarkably clean from the rooms to the pool to the extra supply room they keep e extra snacks and general supplies. By the best kept secret of Palm Springs - book with confidence!

TV did not have hdmi (no live tv) output from wed - fri night and all of a sudden on Saturday morning as we were packing up we had it. Toilet needed plunged on 3 events, had low flush pressure. toilets are very low and hard to sit and stand up for someone that has bad knees or taller person.
