Great place, great location, friendly guests. We have stayed here off and on since around 2020 and have always been very happy !

Exceptional

The receptionist eventually called me and asked how I had obtained her number, even though it was a number the hotel had provided. I explained that I was driving to the hotel, but she continued insisting on asking questions and was adamant about getting answers immediately, despite my clearly stating that I was driving. When we finally arrived, our room was unlocked, and the keys had simply been left on the dresser. We were also never informed either before arrival or upon check in that speakers and playing music were not allowed on the property. We later learned from the receptionist who brought us the extra towels we requested that this is a 21+ hotel where guests are not allowed to play music from speakers or even use their phones outside by the pool. These are important rules that should be clearly communicated in the hotel description and in the check in information. Guests should know about these restrictions before booking, especially when the hotel is marketed as an adults only experience. Unfortunately, the receptionist’s attitude also left a lot to be desired. She was rude, communicated poorly, and asked questions that were completely unrelated to our check in or stay. Her approach came across as very unprofessional

Wow, we have been to Palm Springs 2 times prior to this stay. We have finally found our perfect botique hotel. The communication with staff is super easy and they are quick in responding. Check in and out is the easiest we have experienced. The pool is clean and extremely welcoming. The grounds are really something to take in, very well maintained. Once we walked into our vintage king with a kitchen we were greeted with cool air and after a hot drive it was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was out of this world. Coffee pods, snacks, and a couple drinks all complimentary. We stayed 3 nights and we will return on our next visit. Thank you Ann for hitting this stay out of the ball park 🙌

The staff was nice her Name was Ann the room was old but kept good condition I just did not like it that they jacuzzi was not working at the moment overall good price and clean

Very peaceful, clean and quiet place to stay. Super comfy bed and all the treats in the kitchen and fridge just added to our trip. Will come back No staff on site

Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, easy parking, big pool.

The rooms are really clean, very comfortable and we love the mid century decor. It’s seriously one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in at any of the hotels in the desert. There is a good size fridge for us to bring drinks and snacks and they stock the rooms with silverware, plates, cups, coffee and snacks. A very nice touch! Only complaint is that we weren’t notified that the jacuzzi was under construction. Not that big of a deal but my husband was looking forward to soaking in it in the evening and early morning.

While I understand the outage was outside the hotel’s control, we were without A/C and refrigeration for over 12 hours, making it difficult to enjoy the property or its amenities. We spent most of the day away from the hotel, and the ice we requested wasn’t delivered until around 4 p.m.—just as the power came back on. The outage wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but the response was disappointing. Communication was limited, the hotel seemed understaffed, and no accommodation or goodwill gesture was offered despite the significant disruption to our stay. I would have appreciated a partial refund or resort credit given the circumstances.
