Wonderful couples retreat

Beautiful property, very clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Love the pools and quaint touches all around. Only drawback was a lot of mosquitoes.

Breakfast was consistently very good and the staff were very friendly. The location of the eating area was also delightful. Every morning they brought coffee and left it outside of our room and we loved that! We also loved the ambiance of the hotel and the personalization of the service!! Really lovely place - we would definitely stay there again!! Our room was small - which was fine but we would have liked to be able to both sit in a chair when in the room. Bed was very comfortable and the overall aesthetic was very appealing.

Calm and relaxing No complaints

Great breakfast, great mint tea. Great outdoor space No TV in the bedroom. bit over priced, liked stardust hotel a lot more. Bathroom shower pressure is a bit low, temperature should be higher.

Loved the room We did have an incident that was cleared rather quickly- we were charged 2x in error.

The breakfast was simple, fresh, original. Bedding, beds, pillows excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, giving us a room upgrade as the room we originally chose did not quite fit our needs. Every room has a generous layout and unique view into the courtyard with its own patio. It is like a little slice of Greece landing in the desert with the mountains right behind it. There is nothing like it in Palm Springs. It does need a little maintenance yet this does not affect its delicate beauty.

The service was the best I have ever received. They were ALL friendly and polite. They go the extra mile to make each guest feel special. I loved the coffee every morning with a handwritten note AAA+
