First time staying there it was really nice everyone was nice

REPEAT CUSTOMER: The Palm Canyon Resort is no longer a great spot for families. NO MORE POOLSIDE NIGHT MOVIES, NO MORE KID’S ARTS AND CRAFTS, NO MORE KID’S POOLSIDE STORE,,,,etc,,,etc…. Zero effort,,, Staff is also not very welcoming.

Great stay! Room was nice and staff was great. We were at the pool mostly and enjoyed the drinks and food from there. Kids love the slide! Have stayed multiple times and will continue to return.
-
Kids love the pool here, it’s open till 10pm which is very cool for kids. Rooms are clean and services are nice and fast responding! The only problem is sound insulation is bad here, kept hearing kids running also can heard they opening curtains. Overall good place for short staycations

Recommended but you get what you get

A very nice place to stay. Loved the fact it had a little kitchen inside the room.

Love love love this resort! Customer service was caring and friendly.

We had a blast to begin summer

You get a lot of space for the money! It was perfect for my kids, they got to run around and have a lot of space and that was wonderful! Bring a Roku or fire stick if you want streaming services. The views were amazing from our room. They are a little dated, we had some fruit flies and some ants, but that is kind of normal in the summer where we are from. Overall I recommend the property if you have a budget and appreciate more space!

Everything was fine and stuff was good.

The room was great. My family stayed in 2 bedroom balcony suit. that was 2 bedroom and 2 bath. 1 king size and 2 queen size bed each room and sofabed in the living room. 3 tv's total. you can bring your own device like firestick or media box and connect to HDMI to tv. Kitchen has most of kitchenware. you have to bring condiment if want to cook. check-in and check-out time is 4pm and 10am but you can use pool before and after. indoor parking area is small but plenty of parking outside and street parking. pool was clean and nice. deepest pool was 5' I think. the resort is really good for family with kids. I give 10/10.

We had an absolutely wonderful family vacation here! The resort is incredibly family-friendly, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure both the kids and adults had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable after long days of exploring. The amenities were fantastic, and we made so many great memories. We will definitely be back for our next family trip!

Great time!!

First time here with family. The rom was very spacious and had all the basics you need to be able to cook, reheat or bake. It was a regular size fridge, which is great for drinks and frozen items. There are markets, Target, Trader Joe’s nearby, as well as many fast food options and other local restaurants. Pretty good location, slides are great for kids and adults alike. You can tell the hotel is a bit dated, but no bad if you’re just staying a few nights. Will probably come back again.

We loved it

Loved the staff/front desk! They tried to get us the closest room to the pool and although I had to wait till almost 5pm, they still followed through. The only negative thing is that my sheets had a blood looking stain which I had to call in, but the parking, staff and location was great!!
